Clinical Study Of Mongolian Medicine A Muri-6 On The Recovery Of Gastrointestinal Function After Intestinal Anastomosis

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Mongolian medicine amuri-6 in the treatment of gastrointestinal function recovery after intestinal anastomosis.Methods:From November 2018 to February 2020,60 patients will be selected from the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia University of nationalities,who will meet the postoperative standard of stage ? enterostomy.According to the preoperative preparation:(1)control group:routine treatment(fasting,anti infection,fluid infusion,analgesia,symptomatic support treatment)+ warm boiled water 20ml oral;(2)experimental group:routine treatment(fasting,anti infection,fluid infusion,analgesia,symptomatic support treatment)+Mongolian Medicine(amuri-6).Methods:(1)test group(amuri-6):amuri-6 Take 3g orally(with 20ml warm boiled water)6 hours before operation,continue to take medicine on the first day after operation(when the patient's condition is stable,there is automatic swallowing function),if there is a gastric tube,inject it into the gastric tube with a syringe and clamp the gastric tube for 90 minutes,twice a day(morning and evening),3g each time,the longest time of taking medicine is maintained to the seventh day after operation,or discharge(<7 days).(2)Control group:take 20ml warm boiled water 6 hours before the operation,continue to use the medicine on the first day after the operation(when the patient's condition is stable,there is automatic swallowing function),twice a day(morning and evening),20ml warm boiled water every time,the longest time to maintain the seventh day after the operation,or discharge(<7 days).The first exhaust time(H),the first defecation time(H),the first eating time(H),the postoperative abdominal distention,the postoperative abdominal pain,the time from the end of the operation to the notice of discharge(H),the inflammation(percentage of leukocytes and neutrophils),the nutritional status(blood red egg white,albumin,prealbumin),the postoperative complications and other indicators were observed.Results:This study shows that amuri-6,a Mongolian medicine,can improve the clinical symptoms,shorten the exhaust time,defecate time,eating time and discharge time,and significantly relieve abdominal distention.It has achieved remarkable effect on the prevention of intestinal obstruction after enterostomy,and provided methods and ideas for rapid rehabilitation surgery of Mongolian medicine.Conclusion:The application of Mongolian medicine amuri-6 can improve gastrointestinal function and achieve the goal of early recovery.
