OBJECTIVE: Drug coated balloons have become one of the most effective treatments for restenosis in coronary stent. However, there are still some patients with stent stenosis after the treatment of drug coated ballon. In this study,in order to provide a reference for clinical treatment,we retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of patients with coronary artery stent restenosis after drug-coated balloon treatment, and evaluated the factors that affect the recurrence of stenosis after this treatment. Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed in our hospital from September 2016 to June2019 which included 60 patients who underwent drug-coated balloon therapy for stent restenosis and re-examined for coronary angiography after this therapy.According to the results of coronary angiography, whether the drug-coated balloon treatment site showed stenosis again,it was divided into non-restenosis group and restenosis group. The average re-examination time was 6-15 months, and the patient's preoperative index was recorded:(1)age,body mass index(BMI),gender, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),post-discharge treatment.(2)Biochemical indicators include triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL),TG / HDL,platelet count,hemoglobin,D-dimer,Serum creatinine, uric acid.(3)The patient's previous history of myocardial infarction, whether he has hypertension and diabetes, smoking, and the number of stent implantated,ISR location, lesion length, percentage of lesion stenosis and procedure access.Single-factor and multi-factor Logistic regression analysis were used to screen out the relevant factors that influence the recurrence of stenosis after drug-coated balloon treatment for in-stent restenosis. Results: The data of the patients included in the study were collected and sorted.Single-factor analysis of relevant indicators of patients in the non-restenosis group and restenosis group showedthat there was a significant differences of in diabetes,LDL,TG / HDL ratio, and lesion length in the two groups.(P <0.05).But there was no significant differences in BMI,smoking history, hypertension, history of myocardial infarction, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate,LVEF,post-discharge therapy,TG,TC,HDL,platelet count,hemoglobin,D-dimer,serum creatinine, uric acid and t the number of stent implantated.(P> 0.05).Logistics regression analysis showed that the TG/HDL ratio, the length of the lesion and the number of stent implantated were the influencal factors of recurrent restenosis after drug-coated balloon treatment for(P<0.05).CONCLUSION: The influence of drug-coated balloons on coronary stent restenosis recurrence is related to some clinical factors and interventional factors. This retrospective study found that the larger the TG / HDL ratio, the longer the lesion length, and the more the number of stent implanted, the greater the possibility that patients will have recurrent restenosis.Patients with a higher risk of recurrent restenosis require closer follow-up and treatment after this treatment.
