Clinical Observation Of Congrongsini Tang On Functional Constipation Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency

Objective:To objectively evaluate the clinical effect of Congrong sini Tang on functional constipation of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency(FC),and offer more valuable references and choices to clinical practice.Methods:1.The selected subjects were all those who had been diagnosed as FC in gastroenterology clinic of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine,between March 2019 and January 2020 and volunteered to join the study,including Dongge area and Xianhu area.2.The 52 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group(26)and control group(26).3.The experimental group was treated with Congrongsini Tang,while the control group was treated with Freecol Polyethylene Glycol Electrolytes Powder IV(agent A+B)with a course of 28 days.4.Using the SPSS20.0 software to analyze the data of main and secondly symptom score,disappearance rate,total effective rate and relapse rate of the two groups of cases.The quantitative data is expressed as mean±standard deviation(X?S),If it is in accordance with normal distribution,t test is used.If not,the rank-sum test is used.The count data were tested using?~2.P<0.05 meant that the difference was statistically significant.Results:1.Comparison of general data:there was no statistical significance in age,gender,course of disease and symptom score before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that they were comparable.2.Comparison of clinical symptom scores:After treatment,the two kinds of methods for patients with constipation has certain clinical effect,and there was no marked difference in relieving defecation interval,defecation time,chilly sensation and the cold limbs and clear abundant urine.But the experimental group's therapeutic effect in character of excrement and defecation,cold pain in the abdomen,coldness of waist and knees,look pale is better than the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of clinical efficacy:After treatment,the total effective rate was 92.31%in the experimental group,while 69.23%in the control group.The result of rank sum test was P<0.05.4.Comparison of recurrence rate and safety:2 months after drug withdrawal,patients with clinical efficacy index?30%were followed up,and the experimental group had less recurrence rate than control group(20.83%<55.56%,P<0.05).No anaphylaxis or serious adverse events occurred during treatment and follow-up,indicating that was safe.Conclusions:1.Congrongsini Tang is effective in treating FC of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency,and can vastly eliminate the patients'clinical sign.2.The overall clinical efficacy of Congrongsini Tang was better than Freecol Polyethylene Glycol Electrolytes Powder IV(agent A+B).3.Congrongsini Tang has a low recurrence rate,good long-term efficacy,safe and reliable in treating FC of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency,and worth of popularizing and applying.
