Objective: Investigate the correlation between post-stoke cognitive impairment with no dementia(PSCIND),spleen and kidney deficiency, phlegm turbidity, and cognitive domain of MoCA scale, from the perspective of syndromes,it provides a certain reference for Chinese medicine to understand and prevent PSCIND.Methods: A cross-sectional research method was used to select 115 patients with cognitive impairment in the acute phase of ischemic stroke during the acute phase of ischemic stroke in the affiliated hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and outpatient department during the period of 2019.01-2019.12 based on the criteria for inclusion.Data such as scales and MoCA scales are used to collect the collected data using regression and correlation analysis to screen out PSCIND syndromes and related factors of the cognitive domain of the MoCA scale, and to explore the characteristics of the cognitive domain changes of the MoCA scale and the evidence for PSCIND patients.Correlation of weather was analyzed statistically using spss24.0 software.P <0.05 indicated statistical significance.Results:1.PSCIND(spleen and kidney deficiency, phlegm turbidity and phlegm)patients are ranked from high to low on the MoCA scale's cognitive scores, named 98.33% in order,91.67% in orientation,66.67% in language,Abstract score 55.00%,memory 48.20%,visual space and execution 36.60%,attention 36.33%,delayed recall score 32.00%;2.The age of patients with PSCIND(spleen and kidney deficiency, phlegm and turbidity)is negatively correlated with MoCA total score and memory score(p<0.05);years of education and MoCA total score, visual space and executive function, attention, abstraction And memory scores were positively correlated(p<0.05);obesity was negatively correlated with MoCA total scores(p<0.05);hypertension was negatively correlated with abstract scores(p<0.05);diabetes was negatively correlated with memory scores(p<0.05);p<0.05);3.Diabetes was positively correlated with the syndrome score of phlegm and turbidity(p<0.05),and hyperlipidemia was positively correlated with the syndrome score of spleen and kidney deficiency(p<0.05);4.Spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome scores are negatively correlated with MoCA total score, visual space and executive function, attention, and abstract scores(p<0.05);phlegm and turbidity syndrome scores are negatively correlated with memory scores(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Patients with PSCIND(deficiency of spleen and kidney, phlegm and turbidity)seriously impaired in delayed recall, attention, visual space and executive function, memory, and abstract five cognitive domain functions;2.The decrease of cognitive domain function in patients with PSCIND(spleen and kidney deficiency, phlegm and turbidity)affected by old age,low education, obesity, hypertension, and diabetes;3.The deeper the symptoms of phlegm and phlegm in patients with PSCIND with diabetes, the deeper the symptoms of spleen and kidney deficiency in patients with PSCIND with hyperlipidemia;4.PSCIND(spleen and kidney deficiency phlegm and turbidity syndrome)syndrome is intrinsically related to the cognitive domain of the MoCA scale;PSCIND patients with severe spleen and turbidity syndrome syndrome have impaired memory domain function; The domain function is severely impaired.
