Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Premenopausal Syndrome (Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney Yang) With Shuangbu Decoction

Objective: To compare the clinical symptoms,the changes of serum sex hormone(LH,FSH)levels and safety indexes before and after the treatment of premenopausal syndrome(deficiency of spleen and kidney yang)with the treatment of shuangbu Decoction(treatment group)and Cistanche Yishen granule(control group),so as to explore the therapeutic effect of shuangbu Decoction on premenopausal syndrome(deficiency of spleen and kidney yang)According to the clinical practice,a safe and effective treatment method of TCM for the syndrome of spleen kidney yang deficiency before and after menopause was developed.Methods: In strict accordance with the Chinese and Western medical diagnosis standards of the subject,we collected 72 premenopausal and postmenopausal syndrome patients(spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome)from the gynecological clinic or treatment area of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2018 to December 2019,and divided them into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method,36 cases each.According to the design of this experiment,the patients in the treatment group were treated with oral shuangbu Decoction and Jianzhong Decoction,while the patients in the control group were treated with oral Cistanche Yishen granule,a Chinese patent medicine.The two groups were treated with three months of medication as a course of treatment.At the end of one treatment cycle,according to the collected test data,the improvement of each single syndrome of TCM before and after treatment and the changes of serum sex hormone LH and FSH were examined in the laboratory.The data of the two groups were analyzed by spss25.0 statistical software,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results: In the course of the experiment,there were 8 cases of abscission,including 4cases in the treatment group,4 cases in the control group,and 64 cases in the actual observation.In the treatment group,7 cases were cured(21.875%),8 cases were effective(25.000%),12 cases were effective(37.500%),5 cases were ineffective(15.625%),the total effective rate was 84.375%;in the control group,1 case was cured(3.125%),4 cases wereeffective(12.5%),20 cases were effective(62.500%),7 cases were ineffective(21.875%),the total effective rate was 78.125%.It is suggested that shuangbu Decoction plus Jianzhong liquid and Cistanche Yishen granule can effectively relieve the common clinical symptoms of patients such as lumbago and knee pain,fatigue and weakness,nata and loose stools,abnormal under the belt and so on.In addition,they play an important role in reducing the level of serum sex hormone LH and FSH in patients.After rank sum test,the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P = 0.019 < 0.05),which indicated that the treatment of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome before and after menopause was effective.Conclusion: According to the statistical analysis of the experimental data,the clinical effect of the treatment of premenopausal and postmenopausal syndrome(spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome)with shuangbu Decoction plus and minus traditional Chinese medicine liquid is more significant,and there is no adverse reaction between the two groups during the treatment and observation period,which shows that the treatment is safe and reliable and worthy of clinical promotion to improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of the premenopausal and postmenopausal women with spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome.
