Objective:To summarize the clinical experience of my tutor professor Chen Ying in the treatment syndromes of menopausal disorders,and to apply the traditional Chinese medicine decoction “geng nian ning” prepared by my tutor in the treatment of patients with various syndromes of liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome menopausal disorders to verify the effectiveness of her experience by observing cases and analyzing the changes in various indicators,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of this disease.Data and methods: On the basis of studying the understanding of menopause syndrome in Chinese medicine and modern medicine,the author summarized the tutor's understanding and treatment characteristics of the disease,and observed the clinical cases.Subjects were from January 2018-January 2019 in liaoning university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine professor mew-mi clinic patients,diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria would be consistent with the liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome of 35 patients with the syndrome before and after menopause,collecting data before the treatment,record the domestic modified Kupperman score,TCM syndrome integral,serum sex hormone(E2,FSH,LH)level,Geng nian ning decoction was given oral treatment for 8 weeks.After treatment,all values were recorded again,and the changes of the above data were analyzed by statistical methods.Result:1.Clinical efficacy after treatment: a total of 35 patients were included,including 3 patients who were lost to follow-up without reason and fell off by themselves.Finally,32 qualified cases were treated and included in the result statistics.After treatment,2 cases were cured(6.25%),18 cases were significantly effective(56.25%),10 cases were effective(31.25%),2cases were ineffective(6.25%),and 30 cases were effective(93.75%).2.Comparison and analysis of modified Kupperman integral: Kupperman integral decreased significantly after treatment compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).3.Comparative analysis of TCM syndrome scores: after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of patients were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).4.Comparison and analysis of serum hormone levels: after treatment,the serum E2 of patients was increased,while FSH and LH were decreased compared with those before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).5.During the treatment,no obvious adverse reactions or related adverse events occurred in all the 32 patients.Conclusion:1.Professor Chen Ying believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is fundamentally caused by kidney essence deficit,which is closely related to liver blood deficit deficiency and the imbalance of Yin and Yang in the body.In clinical practice,liver-kidney Yin deficiency syndrome is the most common syndrome.2.The tutor emphasizes on nourishing liver and kidney,nourishing blood and calming nerves,and treating the disease based on experience prescription geng nian ning decoction,adding and substracting with clinical symptoms,and applying emotional therapy,with remarkable clinical effects.3.The tutor's experience geng nian ning decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome before and after menopause,and reduce the Kupperman score and TCM syndrome integral.4.Geng nian ning decoction can improve hormone levels in patients with various syndroms before and after menopause,increasing E2 level and lowering FSH and LH levels.5.In the treatment process and after treatment,no adverse reactions or related adverse events occurred in 32 patients.The treatment is safe and effective with no toxic side effects,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
