The Clinical Study Of Huaiqihuang Granule In Treating Children With Wheeze Stable Period (Syndrome Of Pulmonary And Renal Yin Deficiency)

Objective: By studying the clinical effect of huaiqihuang granule in treating children with wheeze stable period(syndrome of lung_kidney-yin deficiency),a better treatment scheme was explored to facilitate clinical application and promotion.Methods: A clinical study was carried out on children with asthma stable period(lung,kidney,Yin deficiency syndrome)at the pediatric outpatient department of Changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital from September 2018 to October 2019.After exclusion and elimination of the criteria for abscising,36 cases meeting the criteria were included.After continuous oral administration of huai qi huang granules for 3 months,the changes of TCM syndrome score scale,peripheral blood eosinophil absolute value,immunoglobulin,lung function,nitric oxide,trace element and vitamin,and the overall treatment efficiency were observed according to the principle of self-control before and after treatment.The overall condition of the children was followed up by telephone one month later to assess the immune and health status of the children.Results: The effective rate of the study was 94.44%.And compared with the literature reports shows the result of this test is better than that of the part of the test,and after treatment with TCM symptom integral scale of absolute value of peripheral blood eosinophilia,nitric oxide,pulmonary function,immune globulin,the change of trace elements and vitamins are superior to treatment before the patient's data(p < 0.05),statistically significant data contrast.After 1 month of follow-up,the parents' satisfaction was high,and the immunological and health status of the children was obviously better than before.Conclusion:By comparing the results showed that the xiao cough stabilization(lung and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome)of children using huai qi huang particles intervention treatment,can effectively alleviate the patient's symptoms,enhance the immune globulin level of children,children improve eosinophils absolute value of peripheral blood,lung function,nitric oxide,trace elements and vitamins,can effectively improve the efficient ofchildren with treatment,at the same time is worth popularizing widely and use.
