Flavored Dahuang Zhechong Pill In Treatment Of Primary Biliary Cirrhosis Of The Liver Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective:Observation flavored dahuang zhechong pill for primary biliary cirrhosis qi deficiency blood stasis clinical curative effect of intervention activities,and evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed method in treatment of primary biliary cirrhosis,and safety.Methods:Twenty patients with primary biliary cirrhosis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,with 10 cases in each group.The control group received ursodeoxycholic acid orally for 60 days.Treatment group in the control group on the basis of add flavored dahuang zhechong pill,2 times a day,each time 9 g,60 days for a period of treatment,both groups of treatment 1 course of treatment.The scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,Total bilirubin(TBIL),Alanine aminotransferase(ALT),Aspartate Aminotransferase(AST),Alkaline phosphatase(ALP),Total bile acid(TBA),Glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT),Albumin(ALB)were compared.Observe general physical examination items(temperature,pulse,respiration),blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,electrocardiogram,renal function,adverse events and other conditions for safety evaluation.Result:(1)Comparison of overall clinical efficacy: the total effective rate was 80% in the treatment group and 50% in the control group.The treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);(2)Comparison of TCM symptoms:The total score of symptoms in the two groups after treatment was better than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total score of symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);(3)Comparison of liver function changes:After treatment,TBIL,ALT,AST,ALP and TBA in both groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The reduction in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,GGT in the two groups was lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in ALB between the two groups after treatment compared with before treatment.There was no significant difference in GGT and ALB between the two groups after treatment.(4)There was nosignificant change in blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,electrocardiogram,renal function,and no adverse events during the treatment,indicating good safety.Conclusion:Use flavored dahuang zhechong pill of primary biliary cirrhosis,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and liver function,is to use western medicine oral,better treatment effect,and clinical application with high security,is worth furtherclinical promotion.
