Background:Traditional Chinese medicine culture,as a component of traditional Chinese culture,is a national treasure that embodies profound philosophical wisdom and Chinese temperament and character, showing the soft power of national culture.Throughout the development history of Chinese and Western cultures and medicine, traditional Chinese medicine has gradually become another important means of protecting people's health by virtue of a complete theoretical system, unique treatment methods, and unique health thinking. At present,China is in a period of vigorous economic development and social progress. The "Belt and Road" policy has brought new opportunities for the external exchange of Chinese medicine. As a cradle for cultivating TCM culture,TCM colleges and universities shoulder the arduous mission of inheriting, developing, innovating TCM culture, and enhancing the soft power of the country's culture. The research on the identification mechanism of TCM culture is more important to the TCM culture of Chinese universities Education plays an important guiding role. Therefore, studying the factors of TCM cultural identity of international students in TCM colleges, grasping the internal mechanism of the influence of TCM cultural dissemination on them, and proposing corresponding improvement strategies are important topics to expand the external influence of TCM,and a common concern of society and the country.Key topic. Objective:Based on the positive environment for the international development of traditional Chinese medicine, combined with the characteristics of running schools in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities, drawing on theories of cultural communication and cultural identity of traditional Chinese medicine, analyzing the influencing factors of traditional Chinese medicine cultural identity of foreign students in traditional Chinese medicine colleges, and exploring traditional Chinese medicine Cultural dissemination is based on its internal mechanism, and based on this,an effective guidance strategy is proposed, with a view to providing a feasible reference for the improvement of Chinese medicine cultural identity for college students and the demonstration of China's strong cultural self-confidence.Methods:This study first used cultural communication, cultural identity,TCM culture, etc.as keywords to search and complete combing work.Secondly, based on literature review, expert interviews,pre-surveys,and other methods, propose, revise, and determine the influential factors, dimensions, and the path of TCM cultural dissemination on TCM cultural identity of foreign students in TCM colleges, and then design formal questionnaires and complete field surveys..Finally,based on the survey data and analysis results, put forward feasible suggestions and strategies for improving the cultural identity of Chinese medicine.Pre-investigations were conducted at Hubei University of Chinese Medicine and Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, and the obtained data were analyzed for reliability and validity, scales were refined, and final questionnaires were determined in conjunction with expert interviews.Formally surveyed and selected nine Chinese medicine universities in the eastern, central, and western regions of China to conduct on-site questionnaire distribution.Finally,615 valid questionnaires were obtained.A database was established using EPIDATA 3.1.Data cleaning and descriptive statistics were completed using Excel 2016 and SPSS 22.0,Reliability and validity analysis, use AMOS 24.0 to complete structural equation model analysis and hypothesis testing. Results:The sampling suitability test value(KMO)of the formal survey data of this study was 0.949,and the Cronbach's coefficient(Cronbach'?)of 0.944 was higher than 0.90,indicating that the inherent quality of the research and development questionnaire scale is good and the respondents can distinguish Make a credible answer to the differences between the items.Structural equation model test fit indicators all meet the required requirements. The research assumes that in addition to "the direct positive impact of TCM cultural spread on TCM cultural behavior","the personal cultural outlook has a direct positive impact on TCM cultural sentiment","personal The cultural outlook has a direct positive effect on the cultural behavior of TCM "and" the
