| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of GUIYAO Shengjing capsule(formerly known as Shengjing capsule,shengjingbao capsule)in the treatment of asthenospermia of kidney yang deficiency and the influence of DFI and expression of Fas and Fas L,to explore the possible mechanism of GUIYAO Shengjing capsule in the treatment of asthenospermia,and to provide new ideas and theoretical basis for the treatment of asthenospermia with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Forty patients with asthenospermia of kidney-yang deficiency type who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group according to the random number table method.Each group of the treatment group orally took Guiyao Shengjing capsules 3 times each 3 times a day;the control group took Qilin pills orally,6g each time,3 times a day;both groups took 12 weeks as a course of treatment.Before and after treatment,the patients were tested for semen routine and sperm DFI,expression of apoptotic factors Fas and Fasl,and TCM symptom scores.Results: During the observation period,1 patient in the treatment group fell off due to poor medication compliance and 19 observations were finally completed;2 cases in the control group fell off and 18 observations were finally completed;the sperm concentration of the treatment group and the control group before treatment,PR,PR + NP,DFI fragmentation rate,Fas,Fasl expression level,statistical analysis of TCM syndrome scores showed no significant difference(P> 0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment between the two groups,the PR(%)of the forward sperm in the observation group and the control group after treatment was statistically significant(P <0.05),and the observation group was superior to the control group;the observation group and the control group before treatment The difference between the forward motor sperm and nonforward motor sperm(%)in the group was statistically significant(P <0.05);the sperm DNA fragments(%)in the observation group and the control group after treatment were statistically significant(P <0.05).0.05).The total effective rate of DFI in the observation group was 78%;the total effective rate of DFI in the control group was 66%.After the chisquare test,the difference between the observation group and the control group's sperm DFI was statistically significant(P <0.05);the efficacy of TCM symptoms after treatment: the observation group had a total efficiency of 73%;the control group had a total efficiency of 61%.After the rank sum test,the difference between the observation group and the treatment group was statistically significant(P <0.05);after treatment,the Fas expression level of the observation group was 396.20 ± 36.88,the Fas expression level of the control group was 430.21 ± 61.55,and the treatment group and control group Fas The protein concentration decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),and the observation group decreased more than the control group;the Fasl expression level of the observation group after treatment was 163.01 ± 16.99,and the Fas expression level of the control group was 159.38 ± 19.66;treatment The difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05)Conclusion: Guiyao Shengjing Capsule can significantly increase the forward movement of sperm in patients with asthenozoospermia of kidney-yang deficiency type,improve the quality of semen,reduce the rate of sperm fragmentation,and reduce the expression of apoptosis factor Fas protein concentration,and is superior to the control,Guiyao Shengjing Capsule can significantly improve the sperm motility of patients with asthenospermia of kidney-yang deficiency type,and its clinical efficacy is significantly better than that of the control group.Its effect may be achieved by reducing the expression of sperm DFI and apoptosis factors Fas and Fasl. |
