| Objective: The aim of this study was to study the clinical curative effect of Bushen Zhuyu Decoction "in the treatment of deficiency of kidney essence of idiopathic oligozoospermia weak and its mechanism of action, and provide clinical support.Methods: the cases from September 2013 to September 2014 in henan province hospital of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine male reproductive clinic, a total of 80 cases. Aged 23 to 45 years old, average age 30 years old. History of 1 ~ 6 years prior to admission. Will accord with standard of this study included 80 patients according to the control principle and parallel principle, using the random number table method(1:1) is divided into two groups. The treatment group 40 cases, control group 40 cases. Treatment group: the party "kidney"(henan province hospital of TCM pharmacy, mainly composed of rehmannia glutinosa 24 g, 15 g raw yam, dogwood, 20 g, 12 g medicinal indianmulberry root, epimedium 15 g, dodder 30 g, medlar, 20 g milkvetch seed 15 g, antler glue(Yang) 15 g, amomum villosum(below) after 6 g, with 15 g, 30 g of salvia miltiorrhiza. 200 ml water decoction, daily in the morning and oral, even served for 3 months. Control group: the vitamin E soft capsules, 0.1 g/time, sooner or later points, taken after a meal, even three months. Cases with patients for the first time on the same day as the start date of treatment and observation, three months after the record in the two groups before and after treatment in patients with semen quality main parameters and ROS, SOD, the results of an, and the results as the final treatment results after the treatment. The treatment group is better than the control group.(2) In the two groups after treatment in patients with semen volume comparison: the treatment group was 3.61±0.36, the control group was 3.72±0.39, comparing the two groups: t = 1.178, P = 0.247, there was no statistically significant difference in both groups(P > 0.05).(3) Two groups after treatment in patients with semen density comparison: the treatment group was 33.09±4.38, the control group was 32.23±5.29, comparing the two groups: t = 0.733, P = 0.000, the treatment group was better than the control group.(4) In the two groups after treatment in patients with grade A sperm comparison: the treatment group was 26.04±0.65, the control group was 22.66±2.62, comparing the two groups: t = 4.137, P = 0.000, the treatment group is better than the control group.(5) A + B grade sperm after treatment in both groups: the treatment group was 54.26±4.83, the control group was 46.53±11.55, comparing the two groups: t = 3.504, P = 0.001, the treatment group was better than the control group. 6 live sperm rate after treatment in both groups: the treatment group was 60.99±7.62, the control group was 55.87 ±10.81, comparing the two groups: t = 2.107, P = 0.043, the treatment group was better than the control group. Pet-name ruby SOD after treatment in both groups: the treatment group was 105.16±20.90, the control group was 94.92 ±17.41, comparing the two groups: t = 2.483, P = 0.018, the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: Bushen Zhuyu Decoction can significantly improve the deficiency of kidney essence of idiopathic weak clinical symptoms of patients with sperm, improving semen quality of patients. The 2 groups after treatment of idiopathic weak ROS content and DFI index of sperm plasma of azoospermia patients significantly decreased, SOD content increased obviously, with statistical significance as compared with before treatment, and the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Two groups of forward movement sperm motility and seminal plasma ROS levels, DFI index was negatively correlated(P < 0.01), positive correlation with the levels of SOD in seminal plasma(P < 0.01).. |
