Objective:The ability of 1,5 anhydroglucitol to detect changes in blood sugar and correlation and influencing factors with fasting blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin when it is used as a detection index in patients with type 2 diabetes.Method:A total of 385 T2DM patients(male:219 and female 166)were selected for height(M),weight(kg),BMI(kg/m~2),FBG,HbA1c,1,5-AG,TG,CHOL,HDL,Measurement of LDL,SUA,Scr,and calculation of eGFR and ACR.Compare 1,5-AG,FBG,and HbA1c levels of all subjects, and study the relationship between 1,5-AG and FBG and HbA1c.Group according to HbA1c(HbA1c<7%,7-9%,>9%)to further analyze changes in 1,5-AG levels.According to the eGFR level grouping(CKD stage IV),the correlation between 1,5-AG and FBG and HbA1c was explored, and further multiple regression analysis was performed. There was a regression relationship between SUA and 1,5-AG,which was classified as normal according to SUA level.According to SUA level,it is divided into NUA(Normal Uric Acid, normal uric acid group)and HUA(High Uric Acid, high uric acid group)(female≥360μmol/L,male≥420μmol/L).Differences in related index levels were analyzed at different SUA levels, and the changes in the correlation between 1,5-AG and FBG and HbA1c for men and women at different SUA levels.Result:1.In the entire population,1,5-AG always maintained a negative correlation with FBG and HbA1c(p<0.05).2.Compared with other levels of HbA1c,when HbA1c<7%,1,5-AG shows a wider range of distribution trends.3.In CKD stage I-III,1,5-AG had a significant negative correlation with FBG and HbA1c,but in CKD stage IV-V,it lost statistical significance.4.At the NUA level,1,5-AG is negatively correlated with FBG and HbA1c.At the HUA level, the correlation between 1,5-AG and FBG and HbA1c is different for men and women. Conclusion:In T2DM patients,1,5-AG has a significant negative correlation with HbA1c and FBG,which can be used as a diagnostic indicator of T2DM to provide more information on blood glucose fluctuations, but this relationship is affected by renal function, and merged in T2DM HUA needs to consider the influence of gender factors.
