Objective By collecting the data of the incidence of urolithiasis and bone mineral density in the physical examination center of the first people's Hospital of Chen zhou,the correlation between bone mineral density and urolithiasis was retrospectively analyzed in order to provide clues for the screening of urolithiasis and provide a basis for the prevention of urolithiasis through diet or drugs and other intervention measures when the bone mineral density changes.Methods:The data of physical examination in the first people's Hospital of Chen Zhou City from January 2014 to December 2019 were collected.To understand their occupation,age,height,weight,blood pressure,address,and their general diet and living rules,the number of patients with urolithiasis examined by B-ultrasound,and the bone mineral density of lumbar vertebrae(L1-L4),left total hip and left femoral neck examined by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry.The data were statistically analyzed,in which the measurement data were expressed by mean±standard deviation(x±s).T-test was used to compare the mean between the two groups,and 2-test was used to analyze the correlation between urolithiasis and bone mineral density.When P<0.05 the difference was statistically significant.Results:(1)A total of 6960 people were collected for physical examination,of which 940 suffered from urolithiasis,with an incidence of 13.5%(940/6960),including 14.1%for men(542/3140).The incidence of stones in women was 12.8%(398/3840).The youngest age of physical examination was 21 years old,the maximum age was 91years old,and the average age was 56.02±1.85.the highest incidence of stones was 2830 in the age group of 50 to 59 years old,The lowest number and incidence of urolithiasis was in the 20-29 age group,with a total of 105,including 65 males,40 females,8 stones,7.6%urolithiasis(8/105).There was no significant difference in the overall incidence of calculi between males and females(?~2=2.718,P=0.099),but the incidence of calculi in males under 50 was significantly higher than that in females of the same age(?~2=4.020,P=0.045).(2)there was no significant difference in bone mineral density between men and women in different age groups,less than 50 years(t=5.174,P=0.031),50 to 60years(t=-6.277,P=0.023)and more than60 years(t=-6.072,P=0.028).(3)there was no significant correlation between bone mineral density and urolithiasis in men less than 50 years old(?~2=0.423,P=0.809),50 to 60 years old(?~2=0.282,P=0.869),and more than or equal to 60 years old(?~2=0.061,P=0.970).(4)there was no significant correlation between bone mineral density and urolithiasis in women less than 50 years old(?~2=0.423,P=0.809),50 to 60 years old(?~2=0.932,P=0.627),and more than or equal to 60 years old(?~2=3.340,P=0.188).(5)the correlation test between urolithiasis and bone mineral density showed that there was no significant correlation between urolithiasis and bone mineral density(?~2=0.793,P=0.673;cramer'sv=0.11,P=0.673).Conclusion:1.ChenZhou City is an area with high stone incidence,and the stone incidence rate is 13.5%.2.There is no difference in the overall incidence of stone between male and female in ChenZhou city,but the incidence of stone in male is higher than that in female in the group less than 50 years old.3.The bone mineral density of men before 50 years old is lower than that of women of the same age,and the decreasing rate of bone mineral density of women after 50 years old is faster than that of men,and the probability of osteoporosis is higher.4.There is no significant correlation between bone mineral density and urinary stone in the population of physical examination in ChenZhou city.
