Objective: This topic uses alternating acupoint selection and electroacupuncture to treat the acute stage of wind-phlegm obstruction type cerebral infarction.By observing its short-term clinical efficacy,it is expected to provide a new comprehensive treatment plan for the treatment of wind-phlegm obstruction type cerebral infarction in the acute phase.A simple and easy treatment method with obvious curative effect, which provides a useful reference for the clinical application of alternating acupoint selection in the acute stage of wind-phlegm obstruction type cerebral infarction. Methods: Ninety patients with acute cerebral infarction meeting the inclusion criteria were collected and randomly divided into three groups according to the random number table method: treatment group(alternating acupoints group),control group A(conventional acupoints group),and control group B(conventional western medicine Group),30 people in each group, three groups were given conventional western medicine treatment. The acupuncture points used in the treatment group were divided into two groups. One group of acupuncture points was selected daily for treatment by alternating acupoints, once a day and 10 times as a course of treatment. The acupoints used in the control group A were all the acupoints of the treatment group, and the rest of the treatment were the same as those of the treatment group. The control group B was treated with conventional western medicine, mainly in accordance with the treatment plan for acute phase of cerebral infarction developed by the Chinese Medical Association Neurology Branch "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2014".Observe the clinical efficacy of the patients after the 2 courses. Before and after treatment, all patients were compared and analyzed in accordance with the curative effect evaluation standards formulated by the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference in 1996.To evaluate whether the treatment group has advantages and feasibility in the clinical treatment of wind phlegm obstruction and cerebral infarction. Conclusion: Acupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with acute stroke.Alternating acupuncture can improve the daily living ability and limb movement function of patients with acute stroke. It is a kind of high safety, good clinical efficacy,And easy to promote.
