Yiqi Huoxue Soup To Treat Coronary Heart Disease Stable Angina Pectoris Blood Stasis Due To Qi Deficiency Clinical Research

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Soup on the disease of coronary heart disease(CHD)angina and on serum lipids,to probe its mechanism of action.Methods: the cases were selected fromMarch 2008-May 2009 Heilongjiang University of Chinises Medicine First Affiliated Hospital ofcar diovas cularout patients treatedin the third subject, 60 complte dataoutpatients of CHDangina of gradewere chosen, anddivided randomly intotreatment group (n=30) and control group (n=30). The two groups were givenaspirin 0.1g Qnpo, The treatment group wasgiven Yiqi Huoxue Soupattwice everyday on basis treating in routine; The control group was given Tongxinluo Capsule, Each 3 capsules 3 times a day。When Angina attack 0.5mg sublingual nitroglycerin, Were treated for 4 weeksThe clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and their effects on blood lipids.Results:1. Comparison of angina before and after treatment to improve the situation: in treatment group is 96.67%, the Control group is 76.67%, the significant difference (P< 0.05);2.The Significant efficiency about the improvement of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome in treatment group is 90.00%, the Control group is 80.00%, the significant difference (P< 0.05);3.The efficient about the improvement of ECG in treatment group is 73.33% , the Control group is 43.33% , the significant difference (P< 0.01);4. Coagulation before and after treatment compared:After treatment than before treatment, coagulation check check ; After treatment between the two groups, The difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).5.Lipids before and after treatment compared to the situation: Two lipid check, Before and after treatment, There was no significant difference (P> 0.05); After treatment between the two groups, There were no significant differences (P> 0.05),Two groups close to lipid changes.Conclusion:The Chinese herbal formula"Yiqihuoxue Soup" has fine benefit in promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and it is effective on chest impediment (blood stasis due to qi deficiency).It has better treatment to stable angina pectoris of Coronary heart disease,it could lower serum lipids.
