| Objective:By observing and comparing the effects of "Si Zi Chinese Herbal Tea" and potassium sodium hydrogen citrate on serum uric acid,urine pH,and urinary B-ultrasound of uric acid calculus of urinary system,to clarify their effects of lowering serum uric acid and conservatively treating uric acid calculus of urinary system,and to explore the role of"Si Zi Chinese Herbal Tea" in the interfering with the constitution of uric acid calculus of urinary system,inheriting the advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine in difference diagnosis and treatment of uric acid calculus of urinary system,and developing the clinical application of TCM constitutional theoryMethods:A total of seventy-two patients who met the diagnosis of uric acid calculus of urinary system and had partial Phlegm-Dampness Constitution in Traditional Chinese Medicine(the score of Phlegm-Dampness Constitution transformation in TCM constitution?40 points)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(36 cases per group).The treatment group was treated with "Si Zi Chinese Herbal Tea".The Si Zi Chinese Herbal Tea granules were taken with 500ml warm water frequently.Meanwhile the control group was treated with potassium sodium hydrogen citrate for 10g/day.Both groups of patients were given reasonable and healthy life guidance.During the trial,all patients were instructed to observe urine conditions during each urination and filter the urine with a filter for 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,the changes of Phlegm-Dampness Conversion socres the location of calculi,the size of calculi,the number of calculi,serum uric acid,urine PH value,urine red blood cell and safety index(ALT,ALP,AST,Cr,BUN)in the two groups were observed and recorded.Results:1.During the test,3 subjects fell off,and 69 cases were observed effective,35 cases in the treatment group and 34 cases in the control group.Before treatment,two groups of patients in gender,age,course of disease,phlegm and body constitution conversion scores,and stone status(position,Number,size),blood uric acid,urine pH value,urine red blood cells,and safety indicators(ALT,ALP,AST,Cr,BUN)were compared respectively,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05),and they were comparable;2.After treatment,the total effective rate of the intervention in TCM Constitution in the treatment group was 25.71%,and the total effective rate of intervention in TCM Constitution in the control group was 2.94%.The total effective rate of intervention in TCM constitution in the two groups were compared(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior than the control group;3.After treatment,the Phlegm-Dampness Constitution transformation scores of the two groups were compared(P<0.05).In the part of the treating uric acid calculus of urinary system of Phlegm-Dampness constitution the treatment group was superior than the control group.4.After the treatment,the effect of stone removal was compared between the two groups.The total effective lithagogue rate in the treatment group was 85.71%and in the control group was 88.24%.There were no statistically signi-ficant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The lithagogue rate in the treatment group was 70.9%and the lithagogue rate in the control group was 73.8%.There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Both groups could remove stone effectively.5.There was a statistically significant difference in each group the maximum diameter of stones before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the maximum diameter of stones between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),indicating that the stone size of both groups was significantly reduced,but there was no statistical difference in the reduction of the maximum stone diameter between the two groups.6.The differences in blood uric acid levels in each groups before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the mean blood uric acid in the treatment group was 475.20±41.91(?mol/L),which was higher than the control group at 438.47±33.91(?mol)./L),the difference between the two groups of blood uric acid levels was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both groups can effectively reduce blood uric acid levels,but the control group is better than the treatment group.7.There was significant difference in urine PH value between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in urine PH value between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),indicating that both groups could alkalize urine to a certain extent.8.There was no statistical difference between the two groups of urine erythrocyte before treatment(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the groups of urine erythrocyte after treatment(P>0.05).9.There were no adverse drug reactions during the observation period.The safety indicators after treatment were compared with those before treatment,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of promoting the excretion of uric acid calculus of urinary system,"Si Zi Chinese Herbal Tea" can not only alkalinize urine,effectively reduce serum uric acid,but also play a particularly significant role in the intervention of phlegm-dampness constitution of uric acid calculus of urinary system.It is suggested that the "Si Zi Chinese Herbal Tea" has a positive research significance for conservative treatment of uric acid calculus of urinary system,regulating constitutional bias so as to reduce the recurrence of uric acid calculus of urinary system and provides a clinical basis for further exploration and prevention of urinary uric acid calculi.It is worth
