| Objective:By collecting the contents related to the external treatment of Ren Du's two channels in ancient Chinese medicine literature,combing the academic source of the external treatment of Ren Du's two channels,sorting out the basic theories of the external treatment of Ren Du's two channels in ancient Chinese books,summarizing the treatment types and operation methods of the external treatment of Ren Du's two channels commonly used in ancient times,analyzing the application law of the external treatment of Ren Du's two channels in ancient times,with a view to the clinical application of the external treatment of Ren Du's two channels Practice provides more literature basis.Methods:By using the method of literature study,this paper combs the academic origin of the external governance of Ren and Du from Qin and Han Dynasties to Qing Dynasty,in order to show the evolution process and characteristics of the theory and application of the external governance of Ren and Du in different historical stages.Using the traditional theoretical research methods,through the analysis,comparison,classification and induction of the basic theoretical content of Ren Du pulse in ancient Chinese books,the theoretical basis and specific content of the external treatment of Ren Du pulse were clarified.This paper analyzes the application law of Ren Du's external treatment in ancient documents by using statistical research methods,and shows the specific characteristics of the external treatment from multiple perspectives,and makes an intuitive statement by means of data.Results:On the one hand,through the sorting out of academic sources,this paper explores the changes and development of the theory and application of the external governance of Ren and Du since the Qin and Han Dynasties to the Qing Dynasty.During the Qin and Han Dynasties,acupuncture and moxibustion were the main methods of external treatment of Ren Du pulse,and the operation was relatively simple.During the Wei,Jin,Sui and Tang Dynasties,Ren Du Meridian moxibustion was more popular and the treatment scope was more extensive.In this period,the methods of pressing,applying,sticking,rubbing and guiding the Ren Du pulse appeared one after another,which greatly enriched the content of the external treatment of Ren Du pulse.During the song and Yuan Dynasties,doctors paid more attention to the sensory transmission effect of Ren Du meridian acupuncture,and the method of acupuncture reinforcing and cathartic was mainly a single method.On this basis,the Ming Dynasty developed the acupuncture compound reinforcing and reducing technique,which was more complicated than the song and Yuan Dynasties.In the Qing Dynasty,the external treatment of Ren Du Mai,such as ironing,applying,sticking and rubbing,was popular.On the second hand,through the systematic research and summary of the basic theories of Ren Du's two channels in the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper comprehensively expounds the theoretical basis of various aspects that support the continuous inheritance and innovation of Ren Du's external treatment,which is the theoretical basis for the interpretation of the specific application rules of the external treatment.Third,through the collation of the relevant materials in 62 ancient books,this paper sums up 11 common methods of external treatment of Ren Du pulse,which are acupuncture,moxibustion,ironing,application,sticking,rubbing,claw,point,rubbing,scraping,guiding and other treatment methods,and briefly expounds the specific operation methods and auxiliary prescriptions.In the fourth aspect,by statistical method,the paper analyzes the common drugs,main symptoms,acupoint selection and other laws of Ren Du pulse external treatment in ancient books.It also focuses on the common drug efficacy of Ren Du pulse external treatment such as AI ye,salt,scallion,etc.;the causes of Ren Du two pulse common diseases such as Yin cold and internal hyperactivity syndrome,dysuria,cholera disease,etc.;the main treatment rules of Shenque,Guanyuan,Baihui and other commonly used acupoints.Conclusion:Ren Du's method of external treatment has a long history,is simple and cheap,and is widely used in ancient times.This paper sums up the history of academic development of the external treatment of Ren and Du,expounds the theoretical basis of the external treatment of Ren and Du,sums up 11 kinds of external treatment of Ren and Du in common use in ancient times,and statistically analyzes the specific application rules of the external treatment of Ren and Du in ancient documents.The writing of this paper enriches the content of the research on the external treatment of the two vessels of Zhongren and Du,and can provide the literature support for the follow-up literature,clinical,teaching and other work. |
