Objective:to observe the effective data of chronic cholecystitis treated by Mongolian medicine according to syndrome differentiation(mainly alatan-aru-5 wei wan, degedu gu-7 wei wan,and zhuang xi-21 wei wan).Methods:60 patients with chronic cholecystitis who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. In the treatment group,Mongolian medicine was used early:alatan-a-ru-5 wei wan, middle:degedu gu rigu mu-7 wei wan,late:zhuangxi-21 wei wan.The control group was treated with gallstone tablets for 21 days.To observe the changes of Mongolian medicine symptoms and laboratory tests of the two groups of patients before and after medication, and to compare the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results:1.Comparison of the total effective rate between the two groups:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83%,and that of the control group was 80%.After statistical treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Comparison of the total effective rate of Mongolian medicine symptoms:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 60%.After statistical treatment, the difference between the two groups was P<0.05,and the treatment group was better than the control group.2.Comparison of scores of main symptoms of Mongolian medicine before and after treatment between the two groups:after treatment, the improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the improvement of symptoms such as right upper abdomen discomfort and bitterness of mouth was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of scores of minor symptoms of Mongolian medicine before and after treatment between the two groups:the improvement of symptoms such as dyspepsia, acid reflux and dry stools in the treatment group after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01),the improvement of symptoms such as nausea was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of symptoms such as fatigue and fatigue was no different from that in the control group(P>0.05).4.Comparison of scores of the main symptoms of Mongolian medicine between the two groups:the improvement of symptoms such as bilateral costal swelling pain, stomachburn and distension in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of symptoms such as right upper abdominal discomfort, right shoulder radiation pain, and bitter mouth was no different from that in the control group(P>0.05).5.Comparison of scores of secondary symptoms of Mongolian medicine between the two groups:the improvement of symptoms such as dyspepsia, nausea and dry stools in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no difference in the improvement of symptoms such as acid reflux, fatigue and fatigue between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).6.Comparison of bilirubin in liver function between the two groups:the curative effect of improving the elevation of DBIL after treatment in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the curative effect of improving the elevation of IBIL was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the curative effect of improving the elevation of TBIL was no different from that of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Mongolian medicine dialectical treatment can not only improve the Mongolian medicine symptoms caused by chronic cholecystitis but also improve the bilirubin elevation caused by chronic cholecystitis.2.Mongolian medicine preparation has a good clinical effect in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis, which not only conforms to the clinical characteristics of Mongolian medicine theory, but also has the effect of improving gastrointestinal dysfunction.3.Mongolian medicine dialectical treatment of chronic cholecystitis for gallbladder wall roughness or thickening effect is not obvious.
