Clinical Observation Of Mongolian Medicine Berentamil-7 Powder In The Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Diseases

Objective: Through compound Niaoduqing granules in the control,evaluation of Mongolian medicine Borentamir-7 powder in the treatment of chronic kidney disease.Methods: Sixty patients with chronic kidney disease were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.treatment group with Mongolian medicine Berentamil-7 powder,the control group with that compound Niaoduqing granules.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The clinical symptoms before and after the treatment were observed with Physical signs,Mongolian syndromes,urine routine,and renal function.Results were compared using statistical software.Results:(1)In the treatment group,Mongolian medicine Berentamy-7 powder was used for 4 weeks,and the effective rate was 20%,the total effective rate was 77%,and the effective rate in the control group was 30%,and the total effective rate was 83%.All had good effects,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)In terms of the efficacy of Mongolian medicine,the effective rate of the treatment group was 20%,the total effective rate was 83%,the effective rate of the control group was 30%,and the total effective rate was 87%.Both the treatment group and the control group had good effects,but There was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).(3)After treatment,the Blood creatinine and urea nitrogen levels of the treatment group and the control group were decreased compared with that before treatment(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).(4)After treatment,the hematuria and proteinuria of treatment group and control group were decreased compared with that before treatment(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).Conclusion: Mongolian medicine Borentamir-7 powder can effectively control the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic kidney disease,reduce the levels of creatinine and urea nitrogen,and also can reduce urine occult blood,urine protein.Therefore,Mongolian medicine Borentamir-7 powder is a Mongolian medicine preparation that has a certain effect in treating chronic kidney disease and has no toxic and side effects.It can be used and promoted with confidence in clinical practice.
