| Objective:1,To explore the expression of LncRNA HOTAIR in lung cancer.2,To explore the correlation between the combined detection of LncRNA HOTAIR and tumor markers and the pathological stages of lung cancer Method:This study prospectively included 50 lung cancer patients selected from our hospital from January 2019 to September 2019 as the lung cancer group,and 50 healthy volunteers who came to our hospital for physical examination as the control group during the same period.Fluorescence in situ hybridization was used to detect the expression of LncRNA HOTAIR in cancer and adjacent tissues of lung cancer patients.Serum levels of NSE,CEA and cyfra21-1 were detected by immunofluorescence.Patients in the lung cancer group were subdivided into groups according to the pathological stages of lung cancer.LncRNA HOTAIR combined with serum NSE,CEA and cyfra21-1 were used to observe the results of stage T and stage N of lung cancer respectively,and the correlation was summarized.Single-factor analysis of the accuracy of LncRNA HOTAIR and tumor markers in single and combined detection of lung cancer.Pearson analyzed the correlation between the expression of LncRNA HOTAIR in lung cancer tissues and the expression of serum NSE,CEA and cyfra21-1in lung cancer patients Result:1.LncRNA HOTAIR in lung cancer tissues showed abnormally high expression compared with normal adjacent tissues(P<0.05).2.Compared with the control group,the levels of tumor markers NSE,CEA and cyfra21-1 in the lung cancer group were increased(P<0.05).3.The expression of LncRNA HOTAIR combined with NSE,CEA and cyfra21-1increased with the number of periods in T staging(P<0.05),while the expression of LncRNA HOTAIR combined with NSE,CEA and cyfra21-1 increased with the number of periods in N staging(P<0.05),indicating a positive correlation.The results of single factor analysis showed that NSE,CEA,cyfra21-1 and LncRNA HOTAIR had good diagnostic value for lung cancer diseases(specificity was 92.6%,91.5%,90.6%,86.9%,sensitivity was 61.3%,62.9%,55.4%,52.3%,respectively),but The combined detection of LncRNA HOTAIR and tumor markers was significantly better than the single detection(specificity was 85.8%,sensitivity was 73.4%).The expression of LncRNA HOTAIR in lung cancer tissues was positively correlated with the expression of serum NSE,CEA and cyfra21-1 in lung cancer patients(R=0.601,0.412,0.530,P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The expression level of LncRNA HOTAIR in lung cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal adjacent tissues,and through the analysis and comparison of clinicopathological data,it was found that HOTAIR expression level in tumor tissues of NSCLC patients was positively correlated with tumor size,differentiation degree and stage.HOTAIR expression was significantly increased in NSCLC tissues with large,poorly differentiated tumors and late pathological stages.2.LncRNA HOTAIR and serum tumor markers NSE,CEA and CYFRA21-1 have good diagnostic value in pathological staging of lung cancer.Combined detection of LncRNA HOTAIR and serum tumor markers can improve the accuracy of detection. |
