Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Method In The Treatment Of Chest Pain(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis And Phlegm Turbid Type)

Objective: Through the collection and arrangement of the cases of chest arthralgia and heartache(the Qi deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm turbidity type)received by Professor Ren Fengwu of the six departments of Cardiology in Heilongjiang Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,we can observe the effect of nourishing Qi,activating Blood and resolving Phlegm on chest arthralgia and heartache patients with the Qi deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm turbidity.Method: From March 2019 to December 2019,Professor Ren Fengwu received 30 patients with chest pain(the Qi deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm turbidity type)as the control group,who were only treated with western medicine,and another 30 patients as the test group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine based on Western medicine.After four weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome score and total effective rate,angina pectoris effect,electrocardiogram effect,blood lipid level change and effect,hemorheology change level and hypersensitive C-reactive protein change level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.After the treatment data were recorded,spss22.0 was used for statistical analysis.Result:1.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was significantly improved compared with the experimental group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.After treatment,the score of angina in the two groups was decreased,but the test group was better than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,15 cases of ECG in the control group were effective,9 cases were effective,the effective rate was 80.0%;17 cases of ECG in the test group were effective,8cases were effective,the effective rate was 83.33%.There were significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.After treatment,TG,TC and LDL-C of the two groups decreased in varying degrees.The decline degree of the test group was higher than that of the control group,The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05);After treatment,the HDL-C of the two groups was increased,and the increased value of the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The increase degree of the test group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.After treatment,no matter the control group or the test group,the whole blood high shear viscosity,the whole blood low shear viscosity and the plasma viscosity of the two groups were reduced.There were no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).6.There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05).After treatment,the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the control group and the test group decreased.After treatment,the decrease value in the test group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The method of nourishing Qi,activating Blood and resolving Phlegm treating chest stuffiness and pains(the Qi deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm turbidity type)can improve patient's syndrome of traditional Chinese Medicine and angina pectoris.2.The method of nourishing Qi,activating Blood and resolving Phlegm treating chest stuffiness and pains(the Qi deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm turbidity type)can reduce the level of blood lipid in patients with chest arthralgia and heartache of phlegm and blood stasis type.3.The method of nourishing Qi,activating Blood and resolving Phlegm treating chest stuffiness and pains(the Qi deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm turbidity type)can improve patient's electrocardiogram situation.4.The method of nourishing Qi,activating Blood and resolving Phlegm treating chest stuffiness and pains(the Qi deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm turbidity type)can improve the level of Hemorheology in patients with chest arthralgia and heartache.5.The method of nourishing Qi,activating Blood and resolving Phlegm treating chest stuffiness and pains(the Qi deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm turbidity type)can reduce the level of hypersensitive C-reactive protein in the patients with chest arthralgia and heartache.
