| Objective:In order to treat microvascular angina pectoris of phlegm and blood stasis,the clinical efficacy of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction and Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with basic western medicine was researched.The clinical efficacy was observed through comparing the angina pectoris scores,TCM syndromes scores and the electrocardiogram changes,and the further meaning and mechanism of the prescriptions was explored.The main objective was to provide a new and effective method to improve the clinical symptoms of patients suffered from microvascular angina pectoris.Methods:Between October 2020 and October 2019,65 patients who were diagnosed as"phlegm and blood stasis type microvascular angina"were screened in the Cardiovascular Department of Sichuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were no gender restriction and the ages distribution was between 18 and75 years old.After that,We randomly divided the patients into two groups.32 cases were randomly assigned to the control group,and 32 cases were actually completed.There were 33 cases in the experimental group,including 1 case of separation and 32cases of actual completion.Under consistent conditions of blood pressure,blood sugar,blood lipids and other risk factors,both groups of patients were strictly controlled work and rest and treated with conventional western medicine such as nicorandil.On the basis of the control group,the experimental group was treated with Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction and Taohong Siwu Decoction(free decoction,50ml of warm water,one dose per day,three times a day,one compartment at a time).The experiment lasted for 4 weeks.The variations in electrocardiogram,angina pectoris frequency and score,TCM syndrome score,individual TCM symptoms and adverse drug reactions were observed and recorded during the entire process.And statistical analysis was performed using X~2test,t test,rank sum test and other methods to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the prescription in the treatment of microvascular angina pectoris.Results:1.The two groups of subjects had no statistics in gender,age,basic laboratory test data,risk factors,18-lead ECG ST-T,angina frequency and score,TCM syndrome scores,and individual TCM symptoms.Differences,the two sets of data are comparable.2.In terms of the curative effect of angina pectoris:After treatment,the frequency and score of angina pectoris and the curative effect of angina pectoris have been improved,but there is no statistical difference(P>0.05),indicating that the addition of conventional western medicine can not be further treated on this basis.Improve the symptoms of angina pectoris.3.TCM syndromes:Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndrome between the two groups of subjects,rank sum test P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Facts have proved that Guou Xiebai Banxia Recipe and Taohong Siwu Decoction Modified Recipe are not inferior to traditional western medicine in improving the TCM syndrome of phlegm,blood stasis and blood streak.The dates for both groups included chest tightness,shortness of breath,chest pain,lumps,limb numbness,body obesity and complexion,dark lips,paws and nails,or bruising after treatment was recorded and used for the rank sum test and chi-square test.The statistical results(all P>0.05)suggested that the treatment effect of two groups was close.However,the symptoms statistical analysis of heart palpitations,heavy limb sleepiness,nausea,and excessive phlegm in two groups demonstrated that had a significant statistical difference(all P<0.05).The results indicated that Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction and Taohong Siwu Decoction can improve the patient’s palpitations.Symptoms of heavy limb sleepiness,appetite,and sputum.ECG:The electrocardiogram curative effect data of the two groups were measured by rank sum test P<0.05,there were statistical differences,indicating that the experimental group’s ECG curative effect was better than the control group.It is suggested that the effects of Guou Xiebai Banxia Decoction and Taohong Siwu Decoction on improving the ischemic changes of phlegm and blood stasis microvascular ECG and blood stasis were not inferior to traditional western medicine.Conclusion:1.Guilou Xiebai Banxia Decoction and Taohong Siwu Decoction were used to treat two groups of experimentals.The vital signs are stable,blood pressure,blood sugar,and heart rate are basically up to standard.There are no obvious abnormalities in blood routine,stool routine,and urine routine,and there are no obvious adverse reactions such as liver and kidney damage,which proves that the prescription is safe.After treatment,the curative effect of angina pectoris in the two groups was improved,but the improvement in the two groups was about the same.The TCM syndromes of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment,but the improvement degree of the experimental group was greater than that of the control group.Compared with the control group,the experimental group could improve the symptoms of palpitation,drowsiness,lethargy and sputum.After treatment,the ECG myocardial ischemia was improved in both groups,but the experimental group was better than the control group.It is proved that Guilou Xiebai Banxia Decoction and Taohong Siwu Decoction have the effect of clearing phlegm and qi,promoting blood circulation and remove blood stasis,and give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine. |
