Clinical Observation Of Yin Huang Lotion In The Treatment Of Deep Venous Thrombosis Of Lower Limbs

Objective:This study evaluates the therapeutic effect of Yin Huang Lotion on deep venous thrombosis by clinical observation of Yin Huang Lotion in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis and comparison with conventional treatment of deep venous thrombosis.Methods:Dividing sixty patients who met the criteria were randomly into observation group and control group,24 in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional Western medicine,and the control group was supplemented with magnesium sulfate on this basis.On this basis,the treatment group was treated with silver yellow lotion to collapse the affected limbs,with two weeks as a course of treatment.Before and after treatment,the peripheral diameter difference,Homan's sign and/or Neuholf's sign,color Doppler ultrasound examination,skin temperature(measured by infrared thermography),skin color,pain,etc.of the affected and healthy limbs were recorded,and the symptom scores were made.The curative effect was determined according to the scores,and the differences between the two groups were compared.Results:1.After two weeks of treatment,both groups had effect(P < 0.05)2.After two weeks of treatment,the perimeter difference,Homan's sign and(or)Neuholf's sign,skin temperature,skin color,pain and other indicators of patients in both groups were improved(P < 0.05),and the improvement of each index in the Yin Huang Lotion treatment group was better than that in the conventional treatment group.3.After treatment,the recanalization rates of the two groups were82.61% and 91.67%.By rank sum test,P > 0.05,there was no significant difference between the two groups.4.After two weeks of treatment,the overall effective rate and markedefficiency of the Yin Huang Lotion treatment group were 95.83% and 70.83 respectively,while those of the conventional treatment group were 78.26%and 39.13%,respectively(P < 0.05).There was a remarkable difference in the efficacy between the two groups.Conclusion:(1)External application of magnesium sulfate and collapse treatment of silver yellow lotion can improve the symptoms of patients with traditional Chinese medicine,and the effect of collapse treatment with silver yellow lotion is better than that with magnesium sulfate.(2)External application of magnesium sulfate and collapsing treatment with silver yellow lotion can improve patients' signs,and the effect of collapsing treatment with silver yellow lotion is better than that with magnesium sulfate.(3)The clinical effect of Yin Huang Lotion in the treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis is significant,which is worthy of clinical promotion...
