| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Dayuxiaocuo Decoction combined with fire acupuncture therapy in treating stagnated heat of liver channel Type acneMethods:Select 81 acne patients who met the inclusion criteria of this study and randomly divided them into an experimental group and a control group.43 patients in the experimental group were given the Dayuxiaocuo Decoction combined with fire acupuncture therapy,and the control group 38 Patients were treated with Tanshinone capsule.The skin lesion scores,TCM symptom scores and skin severity scores were recorded before treatment,4th week,8th week of treatment.The above points were recorded in the database,used The software analysis statistics,to determine the clinical efficacy,and the DLQI score of patients were assessed before and at the end of treatment.Results:1.In the 8th week of treatment,3 cases in the treatment group were clinically cured,5 cases were markedly effective,32 cases were effective,and 3 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 93.02%;1 case was clinically cured in the control group,8 cases were markedly effective,20 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 76.32%.The skin damage score,TCM syndrome score,and skin severity score of the two groups were significantly reduced,with significant differences(p<0.05).The comparison of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.2.The DLQI scores of the two groups were significantly reduced at the end of the 8th week of treatment,with a very significant difference(p<0.01),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the DLQI score.3.During the course of treatment,the related values of ECG,hematuria,liver and kidney function were not found abnormal in the two groups of patients.Conclusions:1.Dayuxiaocuo Decoction combined with fire acupuncture can effectively improve the symptom scores of acne patients.2.Dayuxiaocuo Decoction combined with fire acupuncture is a safe and effective method for treating acne. |
