Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Condyloma Acuminatum Of Huai Qi Huang Granules Combined With Chinese Herbal Fumigation And Washing

Objective:This paper will observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Huai Qi Huang Granules combined with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum,and measure the changes of T lymphocyte subsets in patients'peripheral blood,so as to confirm its application prospect in clinic and operational principle.Methods:108 cases of outpatients with condyloma acuminatum who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three groups?treatment group,control group A and control group B?,with 36 cases in each group.The treatment group took the treatment of CO₂ laser and oral administration of Huai qi Huang granule,as well as Chinese herbal fumigation and washing;By contrast,control group A received CO₂ laser and oral administration of Huaiqihuang granule.Control group B received CO₂ laser and intramuscular injection of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid.The three groups were respectively followed up once a month after the last CO₂ laser treatment with a total of six times.The patients'skin lesion clearance and adverse reactions were observed and T lymphocyte subsets of their peripheral blood before and after the treatment were measured,and then record the standardized score of the life quality questionnaire for patients with condyloma acuminatum and the disease recurrence were recorded.Results:1.After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the three groups was compared and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?;After pairwise comparison among three groups,the treatment group was better than the control group A and control group B?P<0.05?.2.The difference of the recurrence rate comparison among the three groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?;After pairwise comparison among three groups,the treatment group and control group A were lower than the control group B?P<0.05?.3.There was a statistically significant difference between the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets of the treatment group and the control group A patients'after and before treatment?P<0.05?.The difference of the control group B was not statistically significant?P>0.05?.4.The standardized scores of the life quality questionnaire for patients with condyloma acuminatum in all three groups were improved,and the difference of comparison after the treatment and before the treatment was statistically significant?P<0.05?.After treatment,pairwise comparison was made among the three groups,and the improvement of life quality was as follows:treatment group>control group A>control group B.5.The adverse reactions of the three groups of patients were all grade 2,without special treatment,they could relieve themselves and continue to receive treatment.Conclusion:1.The treatment of condyloma acuminatum by Huai Qi Huang granules combined with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing showed obvious clinical efficacy,high safety,and low recurrence rate.2.Huai Qi Huang Granules can regulate the imbalance of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with condyloma acuminatum and give play to the cellular immune mechanism.
