Effects Of Compound Huangbai Granule On Recurrence Of Condyloma Acuminatum And Its Effect On Serum IL-2 And IL-10

Objective:To Observe the clinical curative effect of Huangbai granules on condyloma acuminatum(CA) patient after CO2Laser cauterization,determing the clinical value.Methods:Divided80patients with CA randomly into treatment group, and control group.40patients treated with the Huangbai granules and control group,40patients treated with Lentinus Edodes Mycelia Polysacharide Tablets,and4weeks one treatment course.Before and after treatment, observe,lesion severity to assess the patient’s symptoms and signs,observe the recurrence rate of statistics between groups recovered patients in the3th and6th months after treatment.Results:The effective rate was90.,0%in treatment group and82.5%in control group respectively after treatment for one month,the comparison between groups has no obvious statistical significance (p>0.05); and the recurrent rate in treatment group was significantly lower than those in control group after the6th months.The difference was statistically significant effect(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huangbai granules can treat condyloma acuminatum effectively and improve the level of life.It is an ideal choice for treatment of condyloma acuminatum, is worth popularizing in clinical use.
