Objective:ANGPTL6 can improve insulin resistance, increase energy consumption to resist obesity, improve limb reperfusion in ischemic mice, significantly reducing the ri sk of amputation and long-term cardiovascular complications. It was found that the hi gh expression of serum ANGPTL6 in patients with lower extremities peripheral arter y disease(LEPAD)was positively correlated with the total mortality of cardiovascular disease in the past year.ANGPTL6 had independent predictive value on LEPAD.Coro nary heart disease(CHD)and LEPAD share common risk factors, but definitive studi es of ANGPTL6 in CHD have not been reported. Our study aims to determine the ex pression level of ANGPTL6 in patients with CHD and its relationship with the degre e of coronary artery stenosis and clinical indicators, and explore whether ANGPTL6 is involved in the occurrence and development of CHD.Methods:A total of 500 patients admitted to the department of cardiology of Qing dao municipal hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were collected. All pati ents received coronary angiography(CAG).120 patients with no statistically significant differences in age, gender, body mass index, history of diabetes, history of hyperten sion, and history of smoking were screened, including acute myocardial infarction(AM I),stable angina pectoris(SAP)and normal control group, with 40 cases in each group. The patients' medical history was recorded and relevant laboratory results were obtain ed,including FBG,TC,TG,HDL,LDL,BUN,Scr,blood routine.Serum ANGPTL6 was determined by enzyme-linked immunoassay.Gensini score was obtained by two cardiologists based on angiography results.Gensini score was used to evaluate the deg ree of coronary stenosis.LVEF% was calculated by echocardiography. The correlation between ANGPTL6 and Gensini score,LVEF% and other clinical parameters was an alyzed. The corresponding P value was calculated. When P<0.05,the difference was st atistically significant. Results:First, the comparison of general data showed that there was no significant difference among three groups in age, gender,BMI,FBG,SBP,DBP,TG,TC,HDL,LDL,HDL,BUN,Scr,smoking index, family history, diabetes history and hypertens ion history(P>0.05).Compared with SAP group,AMI group had significantly higher WBC,BNP and Gensini score. The results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comp ared with control group,AMI group had significantly lower LVEF% and significantly higher WBC,CRP,BNP and Gensini score. The results were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in Gensini score between SAP and control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Second,comparison of ANGPTL6 concentration: serum ANGPTL6 in AMI group was significantly lower than that in SAP group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum ANGPTL6 in patients with AMI was lower th an that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There w as no significant difference in ANGPTL6 concentration between SAP and normal gro up(P>0.05).Third,correlation between ANGPTL6 and related parameters: in AMI or SAP group,ANGPTL6 concentration was negatively correlated with Gensini score(r=-0.514,P<0.05;r =-0.467,P<0.05).Conclusion:This study confirmed that the level of ANGPTL6 in patients with AMI was decreased.ANGPTL6 was negatively correlated with the severity of coronary art ery stenosis, suggesting that ANGPTL6 may be involved in the occurrence and devel opment of CHD.ANGPTL6 has a certain predictive effect on the severity of coronar y artery stenosis.
