The Effects Of Febuxostat At Different Doses On Serum Cystatin C,α1microglobulin,β2 Microglobulin In Patients With Gout Kidney

Objective:To investigate the effects of febuxostat at different doses on renal function,serum cystatin C(cys-c),α1 microglobulin(α1-MG)and serum β2 microglobulin(β2-MG)in patients with gout kidney,so as to provide more evidence for clinical use.Methods:Collect significance of patients with gouty nephropathy 60 cases,who visited The first center of baoding city hospital from November 2018 to November 2019,consistent with gouty nephropathy diagnostic criteria,also meet the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Divide the 60 patients into group A(low dose group,n = 30)and group B(normal dose group,n = 30)through the random number table method,two groups of patients were given different treatment,Group A of patients 20 mg/time/d and group B patients 40 mg or 80 mg/time/d.The changes of UA,Cys-c、α1-MG and β2-MG before and after the treatment of febuxostat were compared and analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in UA,Cys-c,Uα1-MG,β2-MG in patients with gout nephropathy before and after the treatment of febuxostat.But the normal dose group was more likely to induce adverse reactions than the low dose group.Conclusion:There ware no significant differences in UA reduction effect between the groups,and the early renal damage had been alleviated to the same degree.So we consider that it’s better to give the gouty nephropathy patients low dose febuxostat,who had early renal damage in clinic,so that can reduce the incidence of said effects,and reduce the cost of treatment at the same time.
