| Occupational health culture is the “soft” force for preventing occupational health accidents and preventing occupational diseases.It is a concept,behavior,material,and environment of occupational health widely recognized by employees.It has a guiding,cohesive,and stimulating role,as well as radiation and The assimilation function can invisibly influence employees to act in the correct occupational health manner,and guide and standardize production operations.However,the research on the influential factors of occupational health culture,the formation mechanism of occupational health culture,and the system composition of aerospace companies is still blank.The aerospace companies have insufficient knowledge of occupational health culture,and the construction of occupational health culture is not systematic.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and study the system construction and management effectiveness from the perspective of the occupational health cultural system,so as to improve the occupational health quality of all members of the aerospace enterprise and the overall level of occupational health management of the aerospace enterprise.This paper summarizes the research status and achievements of occupational health culture at home and abroad,defines the connotation of occupational health culture and the connotation of occupational health management effectiveness of aerospace companies.Based on the Schein structure model,the hierarchical structure and development stages of occupational health culture of aerospace companies are proposed.The type matrix of occupational health management effectiveness of aerospace companies is analyzed from the perspective of employee professional ladder.Secondly,35 experts were selected for opinions,and field investigations were conducted at 6 different large-scale aerospace companies,and the survey results of daily occupational health management status,occupational health culture,and occupational health management effectiveness of 6 large-scale aerospace companies were obtained.Two rounds of questionnaires were solicited for opinions,and an occupational health culture system for aerospace companies was established,which is divided into three levels,including three primary indicators,seven secondary indicators,and 17 three-level indicators.Finally,referring to the survey structure of Gallup’s organizational effectiveness,explore and analyze the three-factor structure that affects the occupational health management effectiveness of aerospace companies;based on the SEM concept,establish a three-factor relationship including the three-level structure of aerospace occupational health culture and occupational health management effectiveness.The structure model is obtained by substituting and examining the survey data to obtain the structural model of the relationship between the two and the specific influence path between the variables.The countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the occupational health culture construction of the aerospace company are proposed. |
