Research Purpose:To investigate the distribution of constitution, syndrome type, chronic prostatitis index(NIH-CPSI)and influencing factors in patients with chronic prostatitis,The distribution characteristics of TCM corporeity and TCM syndromes in patients with chronic prostatitis were analyzed and summarized; To explore the correlation between TCM constitution and syndrome type,TCM syndrome type and chronic prostatitis index; To explore the influencing factors of the severity of chronic prostatitis, and to provide reference for treatment and nursing of chronic prostatitis with Chinese medicine.Research Methods:Convenient sample survey method was adopted.Patients diagnosed with chronic prostatitis in the male outpatient department of Ningbo Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October2018 to December 2019 were investigated.According to the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of chronic prostatitis,357 patients were selected to meet the criteria.(1)The TCM syndrome types of 357 patients with chronic prostatitis and factors that may be related to the severity of the patient's illness were collected from the electronic medical record..(2)Patients with chronic prostatitis were asked to answer all the questions in"Constitution classification and determination table"and to determine the patient's type of constitution.(3)Those with chronic prostatitis who were investigated were given a chronic prostatitis index(NIH-CPSI)score.(4)Collect the collected data, input the data by two people, and then use SPSS 22.0 for statistical analysis.Research Results:A total of 357 questionnaires were issued in this study, with a recovery rate of 100%,and357(100%)valid questionnaires were completed. After statistical analysis of relevant data, the following results were obtained:1.Age:Among the 357 patients, the youngest was 18 years old and the oldest was 60 years old, with an average age of 36.49(36.49±9.27)years.Among them,4 were younger than 20 years old, accounting for 1.1%;96 were 21-30 years old, accounting for 26.9%;149 were 31-40 years old, accounting for 41.7%;80 were 41-50 years old, accounting for 22.4%.28 were 51-60 years old, accounting for 7.8%.2.Education:Of the 357 subjects,20 were in primary school, accounting for 5.6%;58 were in junior high school, accounting for 16.2%;87 were in high school, accounting for 24.4%;68 were in college, accounting for 19%;undergraduate and above 124 people, accounting for 34.7%.3.Marital:Of the 357 patients in this study,76 were unmarried, accounting for 21.3%;233were married(married once and not separated),accounting for 65.3%;24 were divorced and remarried, accounting for 6.7%;12 were separated, accounting for 3.4%;8 divorced, accounting for2.2%;4 widowed, accounting for 1.1%.4.Syndrome type:In 357 patients,117 were syndrome of dampness-heat diffusing downward, accounting for 32.8%.75 were syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney, accounting for 21.0%;101 were syndrome of qi stagnation, accounting for 28.3%;55 were syndrome of insufficiency of renal yang, accounting for 15.4%;9 others, accounting for 2.5%.5.Constitution:In 357 patients,37 were Yin-yang harmony constitution, accounting for 10.4%;41 were Vital energy deficiency constitution, accounting for 11.5%;37 were Yang-insufficiency constitution, accounting for 10.4%;35 were Yin-insufficiency constitution, accounting for 9.8%;44were Phlegm-dampness constitution, accounting for 12.3%;66 were Dampness-heat constitution, accounting for 18.5%;26 were Blood stasis constitution, accounting for 7.3%;65 were Qi-stagnation constitution, accounting for 18.2%;6 were Intrinsic constitution, accounting for 1.7%.6.Score of NIH-CPSI:In 357 patients,The lowest NIH-CPSI score is 4 points, the highest is 41 points, the average score is 17.04(17.04±7.71)points.143 were mild, accounting for 40.1%;198 were moderate, accounting for 55.5%;16 were severe, accounting for 4.5%.7.Correlation between syndrome type and constitution:The?~2 test was performed on syndrome type and constitution, the results showed that?~2=215.992,p<0.001.The relationship between syndrome type and constitution was statistically significant.According to the corresponding analysis, the most relevant constitutions for syndrome of dampness-heat diffusing downward are dampness-heat and phlegm-dampness;the most related to syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney are yin-insufficiency and blood-stasis constitution; The most related to syndrome of qi stagnation is Yang-insufficiency constitution.8.Single factor analysis of influencing factors for NIH-CPSI:Using the NIH-CPSI score as a control,the?~2 test showed that income, work pressure, marriage satisfaction, sleep time, weekly riding time, and physical type were risk factors that affected the severity of CPSI.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).9.Multi-factor analysis of influencing factors for NIH-CPSI:Single factor statistically significant factors were included in the variables, and binary classification logistic regression analysis was performed. The results showed that income, sleep time, and physical type were the main factors affecting CPSI.High income(OR=0.629,95%CI:0.503-0.785,p<0.001),long sleep time(OR=0.686,95%CI:0.484-0.971,p=0.034)make CPSI lower.Compared to Yin-yang harmony constitution,Dampness-heat constitution(OR=3.177,95%CI:1.310-7.702,p=0.011)and Qi-stagnation constitution(OR=4.902,95%CI:1.897-12.666,p=0.001)make higher CPSI.Research Conclusion:1.Chronic prostatitis tends to occur in young adults. In community health management,it is necessary to pay close attention to young adults and strengthen their sexual health education.2.In chronic prostatitis,TCM syndromes are mainly based on empirical evidence, while TCM constitutions are mainly distributed as biased constitutions, and there is a correlation between TCM constitutions and TCM syndromes. It is suggested that clinical nurses to distinguish the direction of body care based on damp heat, temperament, phlegm and dampness as the main evidence and implement traditional Chinese medicine countermeasures such as dietary rehabilitation, emotional dredge, sports rehabilitation, and traditional Chinese medicine external treatment nursing to improve the biased constitution, reduce the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life.3.Low income, lack of sleep, depression, dampness and heat are the independent factors that cause severe symptoms of NIH-CPSI in CP patients. It is suggested that patients'sleep needs should be satisfied and necessary psychological nursing intervention should be given in clinical nursing.
