The Clinical Study Of The Personal Combined Bushenhuoxue Decotion On ⅢA Prostatitis

ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy of the personal combined Bushenhuoxue decotion on ⅢA prostatitis patients and through TNF-α probe the pathogenesis.MethodsThis study take case-control and self-control method,70 ⅢA prostatitis were randomly divided into treatment group (n=35) and control group (n=35). The treatment group was treated with he personal combined Bushenhuoxue decotion and another with the combation of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules and doxycycline hydrochloride tablets, Contast the TCM symptom scores, NIH-CPSI, EPS leukocytes and TNF-α count, lecithin density between two groups before and after treatment.Results1.The difference between two groups was not statistically significant on age, duration of time, NIH-CPSI, TCM symptom scores, prostate routine and TNF-α by t test before treatment (P> 0.05).2. After treatment, The scores fo two groups in NIH-CPSI and TCM symptom were reduced (P<0.05)and the treatment groupwas better than control group (P<0.05).3. After treatment, the WBC number of EPS and TNF-α were reduced in two groups (P<0.05), the treatment group was betterthan in the control group (P<0.05) in TNF-α and not as well as the control group in WBC (P<0.05).4. After treatment, the treatment group significantly Upgraded the number of lecithin (P<0.05), better than the control group (P<0.05);Conclusion1. the personal combined Bushenhuoxue decotion can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of ⅢA prostatitis patients, better than the combination of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules and doxycycline hydrochloride tablets.2. The TNF-α in EPS could be one of the evaluation of clinical efficacy on IIIA prostatitis.
