The leapfrog development of medical institutions has increased the demand for medical device information management.The information management of medical devices will effectively improve the use efficiency of medical devices in medical institutions and reduce the cost of use.Through the information management system,the operation and management level of medical institutions is greatly improved in terms of safety,high efficiency,and low failure of medical devices.The purpose of designing a medical instruments management system is to adapt to the medical instruments management work required by all aspects of the new situation,and it is necessary to reform the past extensive management mode.The development of the system is based on improving management efficiency and optimizing management processes,and adopts a long-term,sustainable,and full-process model of tracking management.Medical device management is a process of managing the entire life cycle of related materials in the medical institution,achieving the ultimate goal of the least cost and comprehensive benefit of medical devices in their life cycle.The thesis is based on the concept of one thing and one code,breaking through the traditional model that is difficult to trace back in the past,with multiple products and multiple regulations.Based on the absolute uniqueness of the entire system and use management link of medical devices,the unique correspondence of material information in the whole life management of medical devices is realized.Efficient management,full coverage and traceability.The management system of medical instruments is an integral part of HRP(Hospital Resource Planning).The interconnection of data in HRP must be considered,and get medical instruments consumption and charging information from HIS,and can becoming corresponding management decisions on HRP.With browser and server architecture(B/S)mode,only need a browser application,No need to think about the client.Using the J2 EE design model of MVC(Model-View-Controller),the business process and display are separated,and the WEB presentation layer,Business Logic business logic layer and Data Access data access layer form a layered three-tier architecture system.Use SQL server database,use Hibernate to perform SQL database operations.Through the development of this project,the data acquisition and tracking of the medical equipment before and after the procurement,the accounting management of the materials in and out of the warehouse,the acceptance and maintenance of the equipment,the measurement management,and the treatment of the equipment are not realized in the system.Maintenance and inspection and maintenance),equipment linkage and disposal,quality control of equipment and consumables,and online traceability of implanted medical consumables make the purchase of medical devices more strategic and make the use of medical devices more Energy efficiency and statistical significance,so that the disposal and traceability of medical devices can be based on evidence.The implementation of the project,management ideas and development concepts are reflected in the module function and related process design.Compared with similar projects at home and abroad,it has greater innovation and is more in line with the management standards and medical treatment of medical device safety and quality of the State Food and Drug Administration.The actual work needs of the organization.At present,the system is in good operating condition,multi-dimensionally improves work efficiency,and improves the life cycle management of medical devices in medical institutions.
