Objective:Understanding of coal-fired power plants produce dust and noise hazards and characteristics of coal-fired power plants for future occupational health management and occupational health service to provide an objective basis. Methods:According to "hazardous substances in workplace air monitoring, sampling rule (GBZ 159-2004)" in the workplace air concentrations of total dust and free silica content monitoring. At the same time under the "Measurement of Physical Workplace Part 8:Noise (GBZ/T 189.8-2007)" the technical requirements of the workplace noise level monitoring. According to "diagnostic criteria for pneumoconiosis (GBZ70-2002)" and "diagnostic criteria of occupational noise deafness (GBZ49-2007)" on the plant operating personnel pneumoconiosis and hearing loss diagnosis, determination of operating personnel at the same time blood, electrocardiogram, liver function and blood pressure. Results:The boiler inspection and inspection officials have produced ash dust and noise hazards; steam turbine inspection and production of chemical water treatment inspection personnel noise hazards exist, and the fuel transport system inspection personnel to industrial dust hazards exist. Industrial dust exposure were 7.35% incidence of pneumoconiosis, chi-square analysis showed that the different incidence of pneumoconiosis among working age group.different (P<0.05), where dust exposure in a high incidence of more than 20 years group in the other groups (P<0.05);different types of dust between the incidence of pneumoconiosis different (P<0.01), the detection rate of the former The three types of jobs are welding, boiler maintenance and boiler operation. Then the operator noise detection rate of 22.88% hearing impairment, Seniority workers dockings (P>0.05). Pure noise exposure group, the simple dust and noise and dust exposure groups combined exposure group in abnormal blood pressure, liver dysfunction compared with control group no significant difference (P>0.05), noise exposure group rate of ECG and blood system and control group differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), combined exposure of noise and dust and blood group, ECG abnormality compared with the control group the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).Dust exposure group and control group rate of blood system also has statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:The production of coal-dust and noise of serious harm. Exposure to dust production as the length of service increases the incidence of pneumoconiosis has increasing trend. The incidence of various different types of pneumoconiosis, suggesting that further improve the welding, boiler maintenance and boiler dust types of protective measures. Cardiovascular system noise exposed workers a higher incidence of related diseases, suggesting that noise may be the cardiovascular system health workers factors.
