Clinical Observation Of Zeng Ye Chu Fan Decoction On The Treatment Of Perimenopausal Constipation For Yin Deficiency And Intestnal Dryness Type

Objectives: By observing the clinical treatment effect of the instructor on the treatment of perimenopausal constipation with yin deficiency and intestinal dryness by using Zeng Ye Chu Fan decoction analyzing the etiology and pathogenesis of perimenopausal constipation,summarizing the clinical treatment experience of this disease,and providing clinical ideas for the treatment of perimenopausal constipation.Methods: From November 2017 to October 2019,42 patients with perimenopausal constipation of yin deficiency and intestinal dryness type who met the criteria of diagnosis,inclusion and exclusion of this study were collected for clinical observation and study.After oral treatment,observe the TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome single score and Kupperman score before and after treatment,and make statistical analysis to determine the efficacy.Results:1.42 cases of perimenopausal constipation of yin deficiency and intestinal dryness type were treated,the total effective rate was 90.48%,of which the recovery rate was 7.14%,the apparent efficiency was 42.86%,and the effective rate was 40.48%.2.The total score of TCM syndrome before and after treatment was statistically analyzed,and it was found that P<0.01,with statistical significance,the score before and after treatment was significantly different,and the score after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment.3.The single score of TCM syndromes before and after treatment was statistically analyzed,and P<0.01 of each symptom was obtained,which was statistically significant.The score of syndromes before and after treatment was significantly different,and the score of syndromes after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment.4.Through correlation analysis,it was found that there was no significantrelationship between the curative effect and age and course of disease.5.After treatment,the Kupperman score of the patients decreased from21.86 ± 4.76 to 13.05 ± 3.77.Through statistical analysis,it was found that P<0.01,with significant difference.The symptoms related to perimenopause were significantly improved.6.After 1 month of drug withdrawal,32 patients were followed up,including 6 patients with recurrence and 26 patients without recurrence,with a recurrence rate of 18.75%.Conclusion:1.Zeng Ye Chu Fan decoction is effective in the treatment of perimenopausal constipation with yin deficiency and intestinal dryness.It has the characteristics of high clinical total efficiency and good long-term efficacy.2.Zeng Ye Chu Fan decoction can not only improve constipation,but also relieve other related symptoms of perimenopausal women with yin deficiency and intestinal dryness,such as hot flashes,sweating and irritability.It is safe and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
