| Objective: This study aims to observe the clinical efficacy of Suoquan Runchang Decoction in the treatment of chronic functional constipation（Yin deficiency and bowel dryness type）,investigate the clinical efficacy of this prescription,and reasonably evaluate the long-term efficacy and safety of this prescription.Delves into the clinical experience of professor Lin Aizhen,formula mentality,the drugs used features,and its specific therapy in the treatment of chronic functional constipation advantage,for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic functional constipation clinical experience and the basis of scientific theory is proposed.Methods: Patients with chronic functional constipation who were admitted to the anorectal Outpatient Department of Hubei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to January 2021 were screened according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Then 70 patients with Yin deficiency and bowel dryness chronic functional constipation who met the criteria were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 35 patients in each group.Respectively using indentation springs runchang soup treatment group,using lactulose oral liquid intervention of the control group,therapy for four weeks.The symptom changes of patients before and after treatment were analyzed by statistical methods,and the total effective rate,clinical symptom changes and recurrence rates of patients were recorded and compared.In the efficacy report and follow-up stage,strict and detailed observation was carried out for the enrolled patients,and the evaluation of defecation-related symptoms,Bristol stool typing,average daily total number of spontaneous stools,evaluation of TCM symptoms,quality of life score,safety evaluation and compliance evaluation of the enrolled patients were recorded in detail before medication,4 weeks after medication and 4 weeks after drug withdrawal.Two patients in basic information（sex,age and clinical course of time）,drug of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）clinical effect,defecate index,evaluation factors such as the comparison of symptoms,mental health,comparable（P > 0.05）.And 4 weeks after drug withdrawal,treatment groups in terms of computing the recurrence rate,to assess the long-term curative effect of treatment.All the data using SPSS 26.0 statistical software analysis.Results: The clinical curative effect observation of traditional Chinese medicine into to Yin deficiency bowel dry type 70 cases of patients with chronic functional constipation,two groups did not appear fall off during the clinical observation.（1）There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in clinical gender（n）,age（years）,condition（month）,evaluation score（points）of constipation performance before medication,evaluation score（points）of TCM performance before medication,and quality of life score（points）before medication,indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups and the two groups were comparable（P<0.05）（2）Comparison of clinical treatment efficiency: among 35 patients in the treatment group,7 patients were cured,15 patients were significantly effective,10 patients were effective and 3 patients were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 91.43%.Evaluation of treatment effect of the control group of 35 cases to recover a total of four people,a total of 9 people were markedly improved,a total of 12 people effectively,invalid 10 people,the final total effective rate of71.43%.By comparison,the treatment group’s effectiveness is significantly higher than the control group,and there still exists certain statistical significance between two groups data,there are significant differences（P < 0.05）.（3）Comparison of defecation indicators: compared with before treatment,there were significant differences in four indicators of defecation between the two groups（P<0.05）;But the treatment group in shortening the time of a single move bowels,and alleviate the toilet never-failing feeling,etc.,compared with the control effect is better,has the significant difference（P < 0.05）.（4）Comparison of the total score of TCM clinical symptoms: The total score of TCM clinical symptoms of the two groups showed that the total score of TCM clinical symptoms of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment,and the difference was significant（P < 0.05）.Compared with before treatment,the symptoms of patients in both groups improved.Comparing the treatment group and control group after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms integral,statistically significant（P < 0.05）,shows that compared with the control group,treatment group on the whole better improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.（5）the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms of single integral comparison: two groups of traditional Chinese medicine clinical individual symptom scores,according to the existing symptoms such as feeling of endless defecate,anus sank bilge feeling,dry mouth,hot flashes,night sweats,tianjin,less annoying little sleep,five upset hot,etc.,were decreased significantly after treatment in both groups,the significant difference（P < 0.05）.Show that compared with before treatment,two groups of patients with single symptoms were improved.Comparing the treatment group and control group after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine clinical individual symptoms integral,with statistical significance（P < 0.05）,shows that compared with the control group,treatment group in improving clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine is better.（6）Comparison of long-term efficacy: the recurrence rate of the two groups was compared by the way of follow-up after one month of drug withdrawal.Effective in the treatment group patients with a total of 32 people,including five people relapse,the recurrence rate was 15.62%.In the control group,there were25 effective patients,13 of whom relapsed,and the recurrence rate was 52.00 %.Recurrence by chi-square test,two groups have statistical significance（P <0.05）,compared with the control group,treatment group recurrence rate is lower and show that long curative effect in treatment group is better.（7）Comparison of mental score: two groups of patients mental score showed that in the relief of tension,depression,anxiety,compulsion,depression and other adverse psychological states,the two groups of patients after treatment were improved,the difference was significant（P < 0.05）.At the same time compared with control group,treatment group in reducing emotional stress,anxiety,depression and other adverse psychological state is better,the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.（8）Clinical safety evaluation: Patients in the treatment group had no abdominal pain,itching,diarrhea and other discomfort,nor any other toxic and side effects during the treatment with Suoquan Runchang Decoction.It shows that the prescription is safe and reliable in clinical application.Conclusion:（1）The theory of "nourishing Yin and moistening intestine,shrinking spring and relieving constipation" in Chinese medicine has important guidance for the treatment of chronic functional constipation with Yin deficiency and intestinal dryness in medical clinic.（2）Suoquanrunchang Decoction prepared by Professor Lin Aizhen has a good effect in the treatment of chronic functional constipation with Yin deficiency and intestinal dryness.（3）Suoquanrunchang Decoction is effective in improving the defecation status and accompanying manifestations of chronic functional constipation patients with Yin deficiency and intestinal dryness in traditional Chinese medicine,which can greatly improve the patient’s quality of life,and has the advantages of high safety and low recurrence rate.It is worth recommending the use in clinical practice. |
