Clinical Observation Of Jiaweizengye Chengqi Decoction In Treating Drug-induced Constipation With Yin Deficiency And Intestinal Dryness Syndrome

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Zengye Chengqi Decoction on enema for treatment of drug-induced constipation with Syndrome of deficiency of Yin and dryness of intestine,so as to provide a reliable basis for clinical selection of the best treatment plan.Methods: 60 cases of drug-induced constipation with Syndrome of deficiency of Yin and dryness of intestine syndrome were selected by random parallel control,Patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of enrollment.The treatment group was given Zengye Chengqi Decoction enema,the control group was given Glycerine Enema.The two groups were given regular enema every other day,3 times later,2 days rest,a total of 6 enemas.Before and after treatment,TCM symptom score,KPS score,clinical effect of enema and safety were compared.Results:(1)TCM symptom score evaluation:There was no statistical significance between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);there was statistical significance between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05);within the group,there was statistical significance before and after treatment in the treatment group(P<0.05);before and after treatment in the control group,there was statistical significance(P <0.05);it indicated that the two groups could significantly reduce TCM symptom score;and after treatment,the treatment group changed symptoms compared with the control group The good is more obvious.(2)Evaluation of clinical effect of enema: The total effective rate was81.67% in the treatment group and 72.78% in the control group,the former was more effective(P<0.05).(3)KPS score: There was no statistical significance between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);there was statistical significance between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05);within the group,there was statistical significance before and after treatment in the treatment group(P<0.05);before and after treatment in the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05);The results show that the two groups can improve the physical condition of patients and the treatment group is better than the control group.(4)Evaluation of adverse reactions:There were no adverse reactions in the treatment group and 1 case in the control group(P> 0.05).Conclusion: The clinical application of that Zengye Chengqi Decoction can improve the drug-induced constipation with Syndrome of deficiency of yin and dryness of intestine,and the therapeutic effect is better than that of Glycerine enema;it can also improve the quality of life of patients,safe and reliable without obvious side effects,which is worthy of further clinical application.
