Objective:To discuss the relationships between(Tissue plasminogen activator,t-PA),(Urokinase type plassminogen Activator,u-PA)and(Plasminogen activator inhibitor 1,PAI-1)levels in the blood of children with community-acquired pneumonia and the severity of pneumonia. Methods:A total of 38 children with severe pneumonia admitted to the pediatric intensive care unit of shengjing hospital affiliated to China medical university from January 1,2018 to December 31,2018 were selected as the research object. The clinical data of children with severe pneumonia were collected, including gender, age, place of residence, hospital stays, comorbidities, laboratory results, imaging data, etc. And record(Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation ?,APACHE?)and(Pneumonia severity index,PSI)scores.According to whether to use mechanical ventilationtreament, the patients were divided into two groups: the group without mechanical ventilation for pneumonia(21 cases)and the group with mechanical ventilation for pneumonia(17 cases);According to whether there is a concomitant clotting disorder, they were divided into two groups: the normal pneumonia clotting group(18 cases)and the abnormal pneumonia clotting group(20 cases);Depending on APACHE?'s score to assess the degree of illness, they were divided into three groups: mild(< 10 points),moderate(10-15 points),severe and critical(>16 p oints).Depending on PSI's grade to assess the severity of pneumonia, they were divided into grade ?(There is no need to be graded),grade ?(?70 points),grade ?(71-90 points)and grade ?(8 cases)four groups.Result: Plasma t-PA,u-PA and PAI-1 had no statistical significance in the normal pneumonia clotting group and the abnormal pneumonia clotting group(P>0.05).Plasma t-PA,u-PA and PAI-1 levels and the PSI's grade had statistical significance(P<0.05).The plasma t-PA levels shows an upward trend with the increase of PSI's grade. Moreover, children with pneumonia had a significant difference between grades ?,? and ?,?(P< 0.05);The level of plasma PAI-1 shows an upward trend with the increase of PSI's grade. And the patients had a significant difference between grades ?,? and ?,?(P< 0.05).Conclusion: Plasma t-PA,u-PA and PAI-1 levels can be used as a monitoring index of the severity of pneumonia in children. The higher PSI score, the higher levels of plasma t-PA,u-PA and PAI-1.There was a correlation between t-PA,u-PA and PAI-1 in plasma in monitoring the severity of pneumonia in children.
