Objective: This research observes and investigates the application of acellular dermal matrix in the nasal sinuses after inverted papilloma resection,mucosal morphology recovery and epithelialization,compare and analysis the patient's subjective symptom scores and mucous membrane by nasal endoscopic,to evaluate the value of acellular dermal matrix in promoting functional repair and epithelialization of postoperative nasal mucosa.To provide new ideas and methods for improving postoperative recovery of nasal endoscopy.Methods: Patients with inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and sinuses hospitalized in the first affiliated hospital of China medical university from June 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group(with acellular dermal matrix)and control group(without acellular dermal matrix).Patients in the two groups were assessed on the Visual analogue scale(VAS)for nasal congestion,runt,blood in the nose,head and face pain,olfaction abnormalities,and overall symptoms,and the mucosal recovery was evaluated on the Lund--Kennedy score(LKES)to compare the clinical efficacy at 1,2,4,and 12 weeks before and after surgery.Results: From 2 weeks after surgery,the recovery of mucosa in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Regarding the separate signs,Lund-Kennedy score in the experimental group was considerably less than that in the control group(P < 0.05).At 12 weeks after surgery,the Lund-Kennedy score for scar in the experimental group was considerably less than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The utilization of acellular dermal matrix to cover the wound surface can greatly improve the scab and scar formation of wound surface mucosa.The rate of epithelialization in the experimental group was substantially greater than that in the control group(P < 0.05),the use of acellular dermal matrix can effectively shorten the epithelial time of mucosa.No adverse complications occurred after the operation.Conclusion: Covering acellular dermal matrix with mucosa in the operative area of inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and sinuses can effectively promote the epithelialization of mucosa,shorten the epithelialization time.It is worthy of clinical promotion and research application to reduce the psychological burden and subjective symptoms of patients and improve their quality of work and life.
