Clinical Observation Of Self-Made Yuepi Decoction In Treating Skin Type Allergic Purpura With Damp-Heat Syndrome

Objective : To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of tutor's empirical treatment plan of Yuepi decoction in treating skin type allergic purpura with damp-heat syndrome,so as to provide practical and effective treatment ideas and plans with traditional Chinese medicine,and be widely used in clinical practice.Methods: From September 2018 to September 2019,78 children who met the inclusion criteria were selected at pediatric outpatient treatment by Prof.Yang kun,chief physician of the department of pediatrics,affiliated hospital of Chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine.According to the principle of random control grouping,the ratio is 1:1,the treatment group and the control group were divided evenly into the treatment group and the control group,with 39 cases in the treatment group and the control group respectively.In the end,one case was lost in the treatment group and 38 cases were completed,and two cases in the control group and 37 cases were completed.The treatment group was given oral prescription Yuepi decoction by oral tutor,and the control group was given oral administration of cimetidine,vitamin C and dipyridamole for 3 weeks.Results: 1.Comparison of efficacy: before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group,each symptom was P<0.05,indicating that oral administration of Yuepi decoction and oraladministration of cimetidine,vitamin C and dipyridamole were effective in the treatment of skin rash,abdominal fullness,astringent tolerance,greasy mouth or bitter mouth,and stool in this disease.After treatment between the treatment group and the control group,All symptoms were significantly relieved,P<0.05,indicating that the efficacy of oral Yuepi decoction in the treatment of this disease in the skin rash,abdominal distention,astringent tolerance,greasy mouth or bitter mouth,stool was significantly better than oral cimetidine,vitamin C,dipyridamol.There was a total of 38 children in the treatment group,including 13 cured children,13 effective children,9 effective children and 3 ineffective children.The total effective rate of treatment was 92.11%.There were 37 children in the control group,including 5 cured children,10 effective children,16 effective children and 6 ineffective children.The total effective rate of treatment was 83.78%,P<0.05,indicating that the clinical efficacy of oral Yuepi decoction in the treatment of this disease was significantly better than oral cimetidine,vitamin C,and dipyridamol.2.Comparison of recurrence rate: among the 35 children in the treatment group,2 children had recurrence,and the recurrence rate was5.71%.Among the 31 children in the control group,a total of 9 children relapsed,with a recurrence rate of 29.03%(P<0.05),indicating that oral Yuepi decoction was significantly better than oral cimetidine,vitamin C and dipyridamole in reducing the recurrence rate of this disease.3.Safety: no adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group and the control group during the treatment,indicating that the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine selected in this experiment have certain safety.Conclusions: In the treatment of skin type allergic purpura dampness-heat syndrome,the curative effect of Yuepi decoction is accurately safe,compared to the efficacy of cimetidine,vitamin C,dipyridamole,the syndrome of TCM group of abdominal distention,astringent tolerance,greasy or bitter mouth,stool is more better,and also,the reduction of the recurrence rate of the disease.
