Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis With Normal Thyroid Function With The Combination Of Shugan Jianpi Huatan Decoction With Selenium Yeast Capsule

Objective: In this study,the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of hashimoto's thyroiditis with the combination of Shugan Jianpi Huatan Decoction combined with selenium yeast capsule were observed and compared with the treatment of hashimoto's thyroiditis with normal thyroid function with selenium yeast capsule.Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.On the basis of general treatment,the treatment group was given oral Chinese medicine(Shugan Jianpi Huatan Decoction)combined with selenium yeast capsule(100 ?g)for 2 times/day treatment,and the control group was given selenium yeast capsule(100?g)for 2 times/day treatment for 12 weeks.The changes of TSH,FT3,FT4,TPOAb,TGAb and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment in the two groups were observed.Results: There were no statistically significant differences in general data,TSH,FT3,FT4,TGAb,TPOAb levels,and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The two groups were comparable.After 12 weeks of treatment:(1)There was no significant change in TSH,FT3 and FT4 in the two groups before and after treatment(P >0.05).(2)TPOAb level in the two groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group improved significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).(3)TGAb level decreased after treatment in both groups(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(4)There was no statistically significant difference in the probability of subclinical hypothyroidism after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).(5)The score of single syndrome and the total score of TCM syndrome were significantly lower in the treatment group after treatment than before(P<0.01),while there was no significant change in the control group before and after treatment(P >0.05).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).(6)The total effective rate of TCM syndrome treatment group was 89.29%,significantly higher than the control group 13.79%(P<0.01).(7)The total effective rate of the treatment group was 71.43%,higher than that of the control group 13.79%(P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of hashimoto's thyroiditis of normal thyroid function with the combination of Shugan Jianpi Huatan Decoction and selenium yeast capsule has a good curative effect,which can significantly reduce TGAb and TPOAb levels,reduce goiter,and improve the clinical syndrome of Liver-Qi stagnation and Spleen deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine.No obvious adverse reactions and toxic and side effects were found during the observation.
