Clinical Observation On The Early Intervention Of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis By Shugan Jianpi Jiedu Fang

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of Shugan Jianpi Jiedu Decoction in the early intervention of Hashimoto's thyroiditis,and discuss its mechanism of action on clinical symptoms,thyroid autoantibodies(TGAb,TPOAb)and thyroid imaging.Methods:Inclusion of 60 patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis,a group with normal liver function and only elevated TGAb and TPOAb,was randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each.The control group was given Prunella oral solution;the treatment group was given Shugan Jianpi Jiedu Fang.4 weeks for a course of treatment,observed a total of 2 courses.Results:The treatment group and the control group had significant differences in improvement of clinical symptoms and reduction of TGAb before treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01);the treatment group was in reducing TPOAb aspects and treatment There was a significant difference before(P<0.01),and was superior to the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in thyroid function,left thyroid gland,right lobe and isthmus thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Shugan Jianpi Jiedufang has obvious clinical efficacy in early intervention of Hashimoto's thyroiditis with liver depression and spleendeficiency,especially in improving the clinical symptoms of depression,bursor fullness or pain,fatigue and fatigue,and at the same time reducing the level of thyroid autoantibodies.Reveals that Shugan Jianpi Jiedu Decoction has a significant effect on Hashimoto's thyroiditis through its immune mechanism.Advantages,no adverse reactions occurred in the process,safe and reliable,it is worth further study.
