Observation Of The Clinical Effect Of Chaihu Shugan Sanhua Prescription On Hashimoto's Thyroiditis Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Chaihu Shugan Powder plus or minus in treating Hashimoto's thyroiditis with liver depression and spleen deficiency,especially in reducing the level of thyroid autoantibodies,in order to provide better treatment for clinical treatment.Methods:The 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups;30 in each group;the two groups were given basic treatment(proper emotional regulation,paying attention to proper rest and proper emotional regulation);the control group was given oral treatment of levothyrepinephrine sodium tablets and selenium yeast tablets;the treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine decoction Chaihu Shugan Powder plus or minus on the basis of oral treatment;the two groups were treated for 1 course of treatment for 4 weeks and 1 consecutive courses of treatment.The thyroid-related hormone levels and antibody levels of the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were evaluated.Results:1.The total score of TCM syndromes changed: the total score of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group decreased after treatment(P <0.05),while the score of the treatment group decreased more significantly(P <0.05),and the two groups were statistically significantly different.2.Changes of thyroid hormone levels: after treatment,FT3 and FT4 was higher than before treatment,TSH was lower than before treatment,the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant before and after treatment(P <0.05),and there was no statistical significance between the two groups after treatment,P >0.05.3.Changes in thyroid autoantibody levels: there was no statistically significant for TPOAb and TGAb before the treatment in the two groups,(P>0.05),but there were statistically significant before and after treatmentin the two groups(P<0.05).there was statistical significance between the two groups after treatment,P < 0.05.4.Change in total curative effect of treatment: both groups had curative effect(P<0.05)after treatment,while the curative effect of treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).the two groups had significant difference compared with statistics.Conclusion: Chaihu Shugan Powder plus or minus in treating Hashimoto's thyroiditis with liver depression and spleen deficiency has distinct clinical efficacy,and can significantly reduce the level of thyroid autoantibodies.It is a safe and effective treatment with high safety,small side effects.
