Clinical Application Of Surgery Combined With Radiofrequency In Upper Eyelid Rejuvenation

Objective: To explore the feasibility of surgery combined with radiofrequency treatment,and to study the clinical efficacy of upper eyelid aging in the elderly.Method: The clinical data of 60 patients aged 32 to 65 years with upper eyelid skin laxity and periocular wrinkles were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to whether they received radiofrequency treatment.Among them,30 cases in the control group were treated by surgery alone,and 30 cases in the observation group were treated by surgery combined with radiofrequency.After the treatment,the improvement of upper eyelid wrinkles,the satisfaction of treatment and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results: According to the Fitzpatrick’s wrinkle grading,there was significant difference between the two groups in the score of wrinkle after treatment(P<0.05).The average score of wrinkles after treatment in the observation group was(2.10±1.06),which was significantly lower than that in the control group(3.13±1.61).The mean score of wrinkles after treatment in the observation group and the control group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).The average difference of wrinkle score before and after treatment in the observation group was(2.43±0.68),significantly higher than that in the control group(1.37±0.62)(P<0.05).In the evaluation of patient satisfaction,the percentage of very satisfied patients was 73.3% in the observation group and 43.3% in the control group.The satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).During the treatment,all patients did not appear intolerable pain,burning and other discomfort.There were no blisters,scalds,crusts and other adverse phenomena in the treatment area.Conclusion: In the treatment of aging in the upper eyelid area,radiofrequency combined surgery is a safe and effective program,the treatment effect is better than surgery alone.Radiofrequency combined with surgical treatment program is worthy of clinical promotion.
