Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of RFA combined with chemotherapeutic drug on hepatic VX2 carcinoma in rabbits and to explore its mechanism. Methods: 40 rabbit models with VX2 carcinoma were used for this study. They were divided into four groups randomly. We watched the changes of serolog ALT in pretreatment and first day, third day and one week after operation, and measured the diameter of tumor in pretreatment and two weeks after operation. And samples were stained (HE) for pathomorphology. Also we utilized terminal deoxynucleotidyl ransferase-mediated dUTP nick-end-labeling and immunohistochemistry to observe the apoptosis and proliferation.Results:1.ALT: There were no significant differences among each group before treatment. In united group, significant differences between pretreatment and the first day and one week of post-treatment.
