| Mongolian medicine"Jiruhen-6 pill"is one of the main preparations for the treatment of coronary heart disease(heyi angina pain),the main composition is"wild yak heart".Due to its scarcity and the provisions of the wildlife protection law of the People's Republic of China.But in the process of''Jiruhen-6 pill''preparation,"wild yak heart"had been substituted by the ordinary yellow cattle heart or rabbit heart and so on.Therefore,Mongolian medicine"Jiruhen-6 pill"exist unstable formula and uncertain curative effect.To solve this phenomenon,my tutor optimized the''Jiruhen-6 pill''.On the basis of Mongolian medicine"Jiruhen-6 pill"formula,the wild yak heart was changed by the medicine whitch can stimulate the circulation of the Heyi and Qisu,after further reorganization and optimization,a new preparation-Mongolian medicine"Gan Lu Run Mai Pilll"is made.Objective:Through observation the"Gan Lu Run Mai Pill"and"Jiruhen-6 pill"on treatment of coronary heart disease(heyi angina pain),to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safty of Mongolian medicine''Gan Lu Run Mai Pill'',and to provide scientific basis for its future clinical application.Methods:A total of 60 patients who were enrolled in the Mongolian Department of Mongolian Medicine Cardiology Outpatient and Inpatient Division from January 2019to January 2020 were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group.Treatment group were given Mongolian medicine''Gan Lu Run Mai Pill'',15 pill/time,2 time/day;The control group were given"Jiruhen-6 pill",15 pill/time,2 time/day.The treatment group and control group were treated for 56 days.Visits were conducted before enrollment,on the 28th day of treatment,and on the 56th day of treatment.Before and after treatment,observe two groups in patients with symptoms of angina,clinical symptoms of Mongolian medicine,dosage of nitroglycerin and the electrocardiogram(ECG)and seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ)and observe non-toxic side effects.Using SPSS 22.0 software for data processing.Measurement data using t test,count data using x~2 test,rank data using rank sum test.Results:Symptoms of Mongolian medicine curative effect:treatment group total efficiency was 90.0%,in control group,the total effective rate was 86.7%,two groups compared with significant difference(P<0.05),there was statistic significance.The therapeutic effect on angina pectoris:treatment group total efficiency was 90.0%,thecontrol group,the total effective rate was 76.67%,the two groups compared with significant difference(P<0.05),there was statistic significance.Nitroglycerine stopper or decreased Percentage curative effect:treatment group,nitroglycerine stopper or decreased Percentage was 89.47%,the control group nitroglycerine stopper or decreased Percentage was 76.92%,two groups no significant difference(P>0.05),no statistical significance.ECG curative effect:treatment group total efficiency was33.33%and the control group total effective was 30.0%,two groups no significant difference(P>0.05),no statistical significance.SAQ curative effect:After treatment,the scores of both groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the treatment group were significantly lower in terms of AS and AF(P<0.05).Two groups of patients had no significant side effects,safety and tolerance are good.Conclusion:Mongolian medicine''Gan Lu Run Mai Pill''treatment of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris(the heyi angina pain)palpitations effective,safe,worthy of clinical application. |
