| 【Objective】Through the investigation of the characteristics of constitution distribution,serum Anti Mullerian Hormone(AMH)level and pregnancy outcome of IVF-ET patients,the expression of TCM Constitution in different serum AMH levels and pregnancy outcomes was analyzed,and the characteristics of constitution distribution of IVF-ET patients,the correlation between constitution,serum AMH level and pregnancy outcome were discussed The quality consultation provides the basis and more methods to predict the pregnancy outcome of IVF-ET patients.【Methods】According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,we collected IVF-ET cases in the Reproductive Maternal and Child Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese medicine and the Reproductive Center of Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020.We set up a unified clinical questionnaire and TCM quality questionnaire to investigate the patients with IVF-ET.The survey database was established by Excel software,and the collected questionnaire data were evaluated and quantified,and the numerical data were directly entered.SPSS 25.0statistical analysis software package was used for statistical analysis.【Results】1、A total of 262 cases were collected,of which the minimum age was 21 years old and the maximum was 55 years old,the average age was 34.04 ± 6.99 years old,49 cases were younger than 28 years old(18.7%),84 cases were 28-34 years old(32.1%),89 cases were 35-41 years old(33.9%),40 cases were ≥ 42 years old(15.3%);the minimum body mass index was 17.5kg/m2,the maximum was 30.7kg/m2,the average was 22.54 ± 2.84kg/m2,20 cases were underweight(7.6%),16 cases were normal One person accounted for 61.5%,81 overweight / obese people accounted for 30.9%;76primary infertility people accounted for 29%,186 secondary infertility people accounted for 71%;the education level of 140 high school / technical secondary school and below accounted for 53.4%,113 undergraduate / college students accounted for 43.2%,and 9 postgraduates and above accounted for 3.4%;the minimum value of serum AMH was 0.01ng/ml,the maximum value was 10.69ng/ml,with an average of2.37 ± 2.18ng/ml;the low level of serum AMH 94 people accounted for 35.9%,and the medium level was 131 50.0% of them were human and 14.1% were high-level 37.The number of clinical pregnancies was 124(47.3%),non pregnancies was 108(41.2%),and early pregnancy loss was 30(11.5%).2、In 262 IVF-ET patients,the most common type of constitution was Yang deficiency,accounting for 18.7%,followed by Qi stagnation15.6%,Yin deficiency13.7%,Qi deficiency11.5%,Blood stasis5.3%,Damp heat0.8%.There were significant differences in the distribution of medical constitution among different ages,BMI and serum AMH,but no significant differences in primary / secondary infertility,education level and pregnancy outcome.3、The most common constitution types of patients with low serum AMH were Yin deficiency(21.3%),Qi depression(18.1%),Peace(16.0%),Qi deficiency(14.9%),Phlegm dampness(12.7%),Yang deficiency(9.6%),Blood stasis(4.2%),Damp heat(2.1%)and Idiosyncrasy(1.1%).The difference of TCM Constitution distribution in different age and BMI of low-level patients was statisticallysignificant,but there was no significant difference in primary / secondary infertility,education level and pregnancy outcome.4、The most common constitution types of patients with AMH were Yang deficiency,accounting for 22.8%,followed by Peace(16.0%},Yin deficiency(11.5%),Qi deficiency(11.5%),Phlegm and dampness(6.8%)and Damp heat(4.6%).There was no significant difference in age,BMI,primary / secondary infertility,education level and pregnancy outcome between the middle level patients.5 、 The main constitution of the patients with high level of serum AMH is Yang deficiency,followed by Qi deficiency,Phlegm dampness,Qi stagnation,Peace,Yin deficiency,Blood stasis and Idiosyncrasy.The distribution of TCM Constitution of high-level patients has statistical significance in different ages,but not indifferent BMI,primary / secondary infertility,education level and pregnancy outcome.6、In clinical pregnancy,the main constitution of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is peace quality(17.7%),followed by qi stagnation quality(16.9%),Yang deficiency quality(14.6%),phlegm dampness quality(13.7%),Qi deficiency quality(12.9%),yin deficiency quality(12.1%),damp heat quality(7.3%)and blood stasis quality(4.8%).The difference of TCM Constitution distribution in different serum AMH levels of clinical pregnancy patients was statistically significant,but not in different BMI,primary / secondary infertility and education level.7、The main constitution of the patients without pregnancy was Yangdeficiency(22.2%),followed by Yin deficiency(15.7%),qi depression(14.8%),Qi deficiency(13.9%),peace(13.9%),phlegm dampness(10.2%),blood stasis(5.5%),damp heat(1.9%)and idiosyncrasy(1.9%).There was no significant difference in age,BMI,primary /secondary infertility,education level and serum AMH among the patients without pregnancy.8、The main constitution of the patients with early pregnancy loss was Yang deficiency(23.3%),Qi depression(16.7%),Yin deficiency(13.3%),Qi deficiency(13.3%),Peace(13.3%),Phlegm dampness(6.7%),Damp heat(6.7%)and Blood stasis(6.7%).There was no significant difference in TCM Constitution distribution among age,BMI,primary / secondary infertility,education level and serum AMH level.【Conclusions】1.The constitution type of IVF-ET patients is biased constitution,Yang deficiency is the most common,followed by Qi stagnation and Peace.2.The most common constitution of patients with low serum AMH is Yin deficiency,followed by Qi stagnation and Calmness.The most common constitution of patients with high serum AMH is Yang deficiency,followed by Calmness and Qi stagnation.The most common constitution of patients with high serum AMH is Yang deficiency,followed by Qi deficiency and Phlegmdampness.3.The most common constitution of IVF-ET patients in clinical pregnancy is Peace,followed by Qi stagnation and Yang deficiency.The most commonconstitution of IVF-ET patients without pregnancy is Yang deficiency,followed by Yin deficiency and Qi depression.The most common constitution of IVF-ET patients with early pregnancy loss is Yang deficiency,followed by Qi depression and Yin deficiency. |
