Objective: To explore the improvement of clinical symptom score and related examination indexes of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)Methods:80 patients with COPD in stable stage who met the inclusion criteria were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table after signing the informed consent. The control group was treated with salmeterotica and tiotropium bromide in western medicine;the experimental group was treated with Sanao Decoction and Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction and Platycodon Decoction on the basis of Western medicine. After 6 months of treatment, the changes of symptom scores and related examination indexes were observed and compared between the two groups. Results:The result of clinical effect is that the total effective rate of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group. After treatment,MMRC,CAT,SGRQ,CCQ,6MWT,Edmonton weakness scale, frequency of hospitalization,mortality,PaO2,Fe NO,FEV1 / FVC,FEV1% PRED and other observation items were compared between the two groups, and the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. There were no significant differences in p H value,PaCO2,mortality,safety index and adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusions:The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with COPD in stable stage, reduce airway inflammation, improve patients' exercise endurance and prevent acute exacerbation. |
