Hospice care is the product of the progress of social civilization and the development of humanism,which is recognized as a part of quality medical care.It use the means of palliative care,will maintain the dignity of the dying patients,maintain their quality of life,so that they can be calm,comfortable,dignified death as the ultimate purpose,greatly demonstrated the respect for life and humanistic care.However,hospice care has been developing slowly since it was started in China in 1988.The biggest reason is that people's acceptance of hospice care is not high.Influenced by traditional ethical concepts,people have resistance,prejudice and misunderstanding to hospice care,which makes hospice care fall into a series of ethical dilemmas.Based on the traditional ethical concept in China,seeking support for hospice care from the perspective of bioethics can promote the stable development of hospice care in China,which has important theoretical and practical significance for the dying people and social moral civilization.The first part,on the basis of the emergence of hospice care in China,discusses its theoretical and practical basis.It points out that the development of hospice care is based on the theory of treating life well,respecting the patient's principal position,paying attention to the sanctity of life,the unity of life quality and life value,and the dialectical unity of scientific and value rationality.The practical basis for the development of hospice care is the aging of Chinese population,the change of disease spectrum,the decline of traditional family pension,and the urgent need to improve the quality of death.The second part,to understand the present situation of hospice care in our country,this article in the hospice care,on the basis of investigation and interview,analysis points out: hospice care in China has been attracting the attention of society to a certain extent,but at present the level of development is still relatively lagging behind,there is a low degree of public acceptance,imperfect policies and regulations,government and social support of small,lack of professional talents and professional team.The third part,based on the analysis of the current situation,reveals the ethical dilemma facing hospice care in China.The dilemma between "good death" and "painful life";The conflict between "right to know" and "good faith concealment";The choice dilemma between "effective treatment" and "over treatment";The confusion between hospice care and euthanasia.Finally,in view of the ethical dilemma faced by hospice care in China,from the perspective of bioethics,the following countermeasures are put forward:To establish a new concept of filial piety under family care;To establish the medical ethics of "benevolence of doctors";Carry out bioethics education and popularize the concept of hospice care;Expand the hospice care team,widely recruit professional talents;Strengthen social government support,improve relevant policies and regulations;Explore the localization mode and carry out community hospice care.
