Research Progress Of Type ? Endoleak After Endovascular Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair

Objective:To explore the research progress of type ? endoleak after endovascular abdominal aortic aneurysm repair.Methods : Based on the review of the literature on the natural history,diagnosis,and treatment of type ? endoleak after endovascular abdominal aortic aneurysm repair,the diagnosis and management of current type ? endoleak are retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Results:When it is detected that the diameter of the tumor cavity is greater than or equal to 1 cm after EVAR,a second intervention should be performed.When the tumor cavity expands ?5mm within 6 months,the clinical work needs to be combined with the patient's systemic conditions to decide whether to intervene.Conclusion :Embolization has become the main surgical method for type ? endoleak.There is recurrence after embolization and repeated intervention is required.With the in-depth understanding of the disease changes and the continuous development and progress of interventional materials and technologies,better long-term effects may be achieved in the future.
