Comparison Of Ki67 Antigen Expression In Triple Negative Breast Cancer And Luminal A Breast Cancer

Objective By analyzing the expression differences of Ki67 in Triple Negative Breast Cancer(TNBC)and Luminal A breast cancer,we can provide a reliable reference for the prognosis analysis of breast cancer,and hope to better guide the clinical practice of breast cancer.Methods Patients with breast cancer who were treated in the Second Department of General Surgery,Minda Hospital Affiliated to Hubei Minzu University from September 2015 to September 2018 were included in the subject according to the inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria,and voluntary and random principles.Divided into 31 cases of TNBC group and 37 cases of Luminal A group,collect clinical and pathological data(age,menstrual status,tumor location,primary tumor size,TNM stage,pathological type,histological grade,vascular infiltration,axillary lymph node status)in two groups of patients,to study the positive expression rate of Ki67 protein in TNBC and Luminal A breast cancer specimens,and to analyze the difference of Ki67 protein expression in TNBC and Luminal A breast cancer,the correlation between Ki67 positive expression and clinicopathological data of TNBC group and Luminal A group was analyzed.Results In this study,the positive expression rate of Ki67(83.9%)in the TNBC group was higher than that of Ki67(21.6%)in the Luminal A group,and the expression difference of Ki67 in TNBC and Luminal A breast cancer was statistically significant.(χ~2=26.145,p=0.000).In the TNBC group,the expression of ki67 was not statistically significant compared with menstrual status,tumor location,primary tumor size,axillary lymph node status,pathological type,pathological grade,TNM stage(p=0.172,p=1.000,p=0.173,p=1.000,p=1.000,p=0.613),and was statistically significant with age,vascular infiltration(p=0.042,p=0.010).In Luminal A breast cancer,the expression of Ki67 was not statistically significant with age,menstrual status,tumor location,primary tumor size,axillary lymph node status,pathological type,vascular infiltration,pathological grade,TNM stage(p=0.685,p=1.000,p=0.701,p=0.431,p=0.394,p=1.000,p=0.390,p=0.479).Conclusion 1.The expression of Ki67 in TNBC is higher than that in Luminal A breast cancer,and the difference is statistically significant(p=0.000),it shows that Ki67 has certain significance in the judgment of breast cancer prognosis.2.In the TNBC group,the expression of Ki67 was related to age and vascular infiltration,and was not related to other clinicopathological features.In Luminal A group,the expression of Ki67 was not related to basic clinicopathological features.
